Can this work accurately in making vector images of a person
For a more detail and accuracy tracing, I recommend using Illustrator. Check the following video how to use Illustrator for automatically tracing the image of a person for making vector graphics: czcams.com/video/pp3le8ybOBA/video.html
legacy is not working anymore. Plus transparent not supported ... ;-)
How do I de select certain parts? I don't understand I did what you said and clicked the parts but they do not de select, please help.
Ctrl+D will help you deselect the clicked parts
my photoshop doesn't have pen tool content aware. even though I have followed the steps you provided. Please help me

That should work.
You need to add it to the menu. Right-click on the menu button on the left that has the three dots. It's probably hiding under there and you have to edit your buttons to move it to where you want it. Or you can just leave it there.
