- Atorina Zomaya is on a mission to deepen awareness and understanding of contemporary culture by turning to its storied, 6,000 year-long culinary history. Through her study of the Yale Tablets-the world's oldest cookbook-Zomaya has discovered a rich and vibrant cuisine, traces of which are found in current dishes, from pickled vegetables to meat pies. Join Zomaya at CHF's Evening in Bronzeville to prepare dishes and chat with Cliff Rome, chef-proprietor of Peach's Restaurant.

Good on you 👏👏☹️☹️
She definitely does not look Assyrian!!! She looks Latino
We go from light like her and I to dark brown like my dad
@@jerryjohanan1940 wtf are you saying?!?!?? Firstly, she doesn’t look light whatsoever! And secondly, what does your skin color has to do w/ this topic?!?!?! Are you trying to say that you’re Assyrian and that you have brown skin? Bc the vast majority of Assyrians are White/Caucasians and it’s very strange to see some of them that look outside of our race/ethnicity. Assyrians are racially/ethnically White, which btw, you’re not Assyrian as you stated on your comment from this video’s main thread. You’re of Indian descent who you along w/ your ppl adapted the Assyrian culture by accepting our religion, Eastern Christianity/Assyrian Orthodox and have embraced it as your heritage. In addition to that, y’all adapted our language, Assyrian-Aramaic, as well. Therefore, you guys are not real Assyrians in which y’all should DEFINITELY NOT go around and say so! You’re only Assyrian by culture, not blood and that’s all there is! And, I seriously doubt that anyone will see you and recognize that you’re Assyrian
