      @Steve W
      Ahmad Arbery didn't know what was happening because those murderers never alerted him that they were conducting a citizen's arrest. The only thing they said to Arbery was, "Stop, we want to talk to you!" Gregory McMichael even yelled, "Stop, or I'll blow your fcking head off!" Ahmaud Arbery did exactly what I would've done if I were being chased. Even if Arbery had thrown a stick at them, that would've been the right thing to do. I agree with that old proverb, "The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing." That's why Twelve Good Jurors listened to the case and convicted those Three Evil Men of murder!

    • @angeliaparrish2518
      @angeliaparrish2518 Před 2 lety +60

      @Steve W wait for what police, the McMichael NEVER CALLED THEM. Travis didn't have a phone, he thought his Dad called them. A neighbor did call the police when he saw Aubrey running, that's why the police got there so fast after the shooting, when is the time the father did call...I am sure you didn't watch the trial because he would have know the CRIMINALS revealed "they trapped him like a rat", they used their vehicles as weapons. If you had listened to the trial, the actual evidence and the counts brought against them, you would have known this was a blatant murder of a black man who normally jogs through that neighbor. If Travis wanted to JUST TALK to Ahmaud, WHY DID HE GET OUT THE TRUCK WITH A RIFLE, when his DAD was already on the back of the truck with a 357 magnum. Bryan who claimed to just be an observer was also giving chase blocking his ability to keave that community. He was running for his life for over 5 minutes with guns and vehicles used as weapons. But being that you think they are so guilty, obviously those Federal Hate Crime charges filed against them see differently. Thank God those jurors (9 white woman, 2 white men, 1 black men) looked and saw the evidence, realizing this was a lynching, that the McMichael made themselves Judge, Jury, and Executioner - the tables were turned on them tho. Oh and by the way, your argument is prejudice to facts. Travis testimony Killed any defense his father or Bryan's lawyers couldn't even argue. Tge defense RESTED after his testimony, he incriminate THEM ALL. OH and that atty that refused to charge them for the murder cause she was a friend of the father, She's Next. She NOR them never thought that video would be made available for the world to see.

Seeing how the corrupt mass news media and our corrupt govt are working in conjunction to foment racial strife and hatred towards dwights in these past several years, and I'm sure they have endless money and resources to do such things, I wonder if they somehow have fabricated "FALSE FOOTAGE" that somehow gets shown on liberal-leaning websites and social media, that depicts much different actions from the activity shown in the video that you and I have seen! The property owner reviewed his surveillance video and testified that Arbery did not take anything from his house under construction and believed he stopped there to drink water from a faucet on the property. His surveillance video caught many others visiting the property including children and a white couple. In addition, the property owner testified that he did not give permission to the McMichaels and Bryan to step onto his property (they also trespassed) or confront Arbery. All they had to do was mind their own business and this tragedy would have been avoided. People need to stop making assumptions.

    • @BSOG3
      @BSOG3 Před 2 lety +6

      You're right. They need to stop making assumptions and also need to stop acting on their prejudice and assumptions. No one else was confronted, accused, and murdered by them and that means something. Either way, these men are paying a different kind of ultimate price. It's poetic justice that two are sworn officers of the law so their violent behavior makes absolutely no sense. This idea of "preventing crime" by keeping out the bad folks and then determining that the "bad folks" only exist among one race is what makes the criminal justice system warped. Ahmaud Arbery was a man who had every right to jog down a public street without being stopped, questioned, accused, and in this case murdered. He did NOTHING to be on the receiving end of a maniac's rifle. He was gunned down in broad daylight like an animal. The sad thing is that people had more compassion for the dogs that Michael Vick killed in his dog fighting arena (btw, Vick was horrible for doing that) than they did for this man. Some are STILL advocating on behalf of the McMichaels and that's an incredible shame. Even the logic of thinking that a thief would casually take a jog through a neighborhood that he allegedly burglarized a few weeks before and do so in broad daylight makes not sense. In fact, most thieves that go into neighborhoods like that have cars and they don't revisit the scene of the crime. And, who steals and jogs around with the loot? Makes no sense! Last, I hope the real thief that stole the stuff--probably a neighborhood heroin opiod addict--- is aware that their crime set off a horrible domino effect that led to murder and the incarceration of three men. Perhaps they feel a tinge of guilt about that.

      @Erik Kartman in this case, LE was part of the problem. They didnt investigate thoroughly. Never gave a S to get the real story. They just let these 3 clowns go. The DA was a problem too. She is now facing charges for trying to bury this case. Georgia was only forced to indict them when someone leaked the video.

      The other trial was clearly lawful self defense and the jury saw through the media lies as well as the proven prosecution lies and came to the correct verdict. This case was clearly three sub-human idiots straight up murdering a man. Thank God for the video evidence in both cases.

    Today is an historic day!
    The jury has made the right decision for not just the family of Ahmaud Arbery and not just for the people of the amazing state of Georgia, but for all Americans
    We are one step closer from living in an nation where people will not be killed at gunpoint because of the color of their skin.
    Soon we will all have peace but it will take us some time for it to happen.
    Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. had that dream for peace and it's coming soon.
    So anyways I would to thank every member of that jury you all made the right decision.
    Mr. Arbery may not be with us anymore but he will keep inspiring us and the next generations of americans to come.
    God Bless his Family, and the amazing state of Georgia
    Amen!
