This lady's the daughter of Zbigniew Brzeziński??? Well, my condolences Mika, and greetings from Poland. I'm proud a countryman was so respected in America.

Iykes normally I'd say ignore Google translate too but trust me when I say that when you listen to it on the Polish side of "translation" it's spot on, I was born and raised in Poland so I think I'd know if the Google lady was trying to pull a fast one ;) his name is very difficult to pronounce for any foreigner though so I'm not surprised that it got "americanised" and is pronounced "incorrectly" even by his daughter, Polish is a nightmare to learn so I don't blame anyone not putting their kids through it since they don't need to know it. My name is a lot easier and I'm still having trouble abroad so I almost completely ceased to use my polish name, we do it for convenience :) Peace & love!

AMERICANS PAID FOR THE PANAMA CANAL and good ole' BrZreZ, said give it back. sickening. My GrandDa, after dying, could not have his family come to America until my uncles made money to get my Mom over here to USA. Yep, old Brzerzb, was a great man. PANAMA MAKES 26 MILLION $$$/YEAR on the canal.

Dear Maureen, thanks for your input. However, I fail to see why one claims ownership of a canal built on foreign soil. And let's not forget, ownership of the canal was returned to Panama after the US benefitted from its use for 85 years. Furthermore, let's not kid ourselves, it was not Mr. Brzezinski's sole decision to carry out the handover.

Watching this episode I relived the role of America in the world politics from the sixties through to the 00's and he was the men of all those presidents. RIP Mr. Brzezinski.

What a familiy with great history - bright & dark: Mr Brzezinskis wife was Emilie Benes Brzezinski her Father was Mr Benes who ist responsible for the famous benes decrees (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Beneš_decrees): "The Beneš decrees are associated with the 1945-47 deportation of about 3 million ethnic Germans and Hungarians from Czechoslovakia." Kind of ethnic cleansing after WW2. One Episode of the tragic.

I see some confusion here in the comments. Brzeziński was not a Jew, he had no Jewish blood at all. He was pure Polish. ''Brzeziński'', -ski ending, is typical Polish surname. Zbigniew Brzeziński parents were both pure Polish. So not a Jew. Not everybody from Poland is of Jewish roots. Yes, before World War II Poland had one of the largest Jewish populations in the world, but Brzeziński was ethnic-Polish. I know all of this very well, because I'm Polish and Brzeziński family were one of our most notable family and the Polish elite for generations. We, in Poland, call it ''intelligentsia''.
Not to worry...Trump will eventually get around to insulting his public service and legacy (if he hasn't done so already).
