    Particles, clumps? Or paint drying on tip during use?
    Make a filter from pantyhose, funnel and tape, then mix and thin paint, then strain through filter into clean jar. Re-filter paint every session as some may dry at edges and then these clumps may be mixed into paint.
    As for clogging from drying during use, keep a sort of stiff brush and a jar of solvent handy and clean tip every time you stop spraying for more than 30 seconds or whatever.

    Had 350 from (?)1981(?) to about 2010(? pretty sure).
    Work horse indeed!!
    It died of corrosion/time/use when roughly stored.
    Performed quick salute while placing in recycling tub.
    This 350 led to much more models/art/repair and many more things.
    Directly led to FINER a.brushes+work.
    Thanks Badger /350!

      Just used my 350 to lay paint on a model kit, came out great, smooth and easy clean up! Great old brushes.

    I have the same model. I've had for 30 years.. Never had a problem. It's a precision work horse.. From a pencil line to a 3 inch fan pattern, it delivers the paint. every time.. Cuz, I'm fussy about keeping it clean and in a safe place.
    I also have a Badger 155 Anthem.. It's beautiful, It's for the finer Art, but not as diverse as the 350. I've sprayed Automotive paints, Cheap enamels, Water base paints, etc.. You name it, I'll spray it.. *Badger ROCKS* ..

    I have an old Clarke CAB=1H I bought off ebay for a silly low price and it looks abs identical to the one there in the video other than the paint siphon on mine is chromed metal rather than plastic and just wondering if they were the one and same as the Badger ones as the only Clarke branding is through box and jar stickers and lacking the branding on the instructions. It is very very old, costing £7.49 says the price sticker but works beautifully.

    @breyercollector24 Are you mixing 1/2 with paint thinner? That's what you need to do with paints that dry quickly. You also need to clean it out and spray it into water directly...then you dry it, by spraying it onto a cloth, or paper towel. Hope that helps.

    I bought a badger 350 and it giving me problem. When i added my compressor it leak air on the top part of the hose. But if i add the air can it dont. Do you know why?. Can the 350 be added to compressor ?

  • @BigAndTall666
    @BigAndTall666 Před 11 lety +1

    The plastic hose is not meant for compressors, you WILL need a safe BRAIDED HOSE instead! - Also the model 250 is even simpler then the 350, lol.

    Had one of these 350's long time ago. Not a fun brush. Very fiddly to adjust and clean. Better off to go more $$ and get higher quality airbrush made by Badger such as 105 Patriot or 155 Anthem, I have both. They are both dual action.
    Cheers Eh!

    • @paulbryson2128
      @paulbryson2128 Před 6 lety

      Aaron Ryner you don't say what comes out remember when you ask someone a Q try and explain the problem as saying it comes out is like saying it ain't working try brake down what u mean good luck

    • @mytwocents3981
      @mytwocents3981 Před 6 lety

      I had the same problem. Pull the air connecter out and put a bit of super glue around the outside ( where the vertical lines are) be careful not to use too much glue. Make sure not to get any glue near the hole where the air passes through.

    • @mytwocents3981
      @mytwocents3981 Před 6 lety

      Then shove the piece back into the air brush and it should hold up. Also try not to run too much pressure ie. over 50 psi

    Your instructions are incorrect, despite your intentions. Lock the fluid needle in- place with the wrench. Adjust the flow with the fluid cone (as described)… Lock the flow of the cone, once adjusted with the finger & thumb lock- wheel to keep the cone from moving after you get it flowing as you like. No doubt you have created some problems in the description. If followers are still having problems, buy the "heavy flow set". Needle, cone and tip; and or further reduce (thin) the paint medium. Long ago, I custom painted an entire motorcycle with this brush. No one told me it could not be done. It wasn't easy, especially getting clear to flow- out on the tank. No doubt, some luck factored- in; including artwork, micas, ect. A great beginner's tool.
