@EJ they're still around, just a bit under the radar these days. Just saw them about two weeks ago and they still put on a great show. They've got a new album, Live the Love Beautiful, coming out soon and the new tracks they played sound incredible.
Mainly cuz they sucked and weren't grunge. The 90s was a mess of bands that were either grunge, or had 1 hit. Then the next decade was ruined by bands that could never be considered grunge and they all turned gay along with rock and then it died. I blame the obsession with grunge.
wow i cant believe there are still people posting for this band!!! they were one of my huge favourites in the early nineties, but always unknown to the big crowd....they were awesome.....saw them live, the real deal!!!! Kevin kinney rocks!!!
The fucking beauty of this song is that every part from drums to vocals pretty much mirror each other through the whole thing. So simple but it works so well.
Kevin used to visit Jacksonville Al. and play gigs at the local bar/venue "Brothers" named after the Allman's in that little college town. Cool guy , played everything you came to hear and you could tell he came to party.
I hopped into Sherman and Peabody's Way Back Machine, set it to 1991 at The Silver Dollar in East Lansing, MI. Then I kicked back for two hours and enjoyed life.
One of the truly great bands on record or in concert.Remember a live show in Milwaukee where after an amazing show they encored with a cover of Amazing Grace that simply made you cry and be thankful.A perfect moment in life . Kevin Kinney's solo material was superb also.
Was the only guy around listening to these cats...everyone else bobbin Brett & Poisons knobs........DNC is pure rock, no BS, THe steady track thru out cut a groove in my brand on Day 1 that still responds with getting down to this to this day!
Can't wait ...two more weeks and I get my Drivin' N' Cryin' Fix...as they will be at The Boathouse out on the waterway here in Myrtle Beach......Man..this has been one of the best groups of all time...esp. LIVE...
This song is great, and the video mixing is amazing. Fantastic job mixing the live, and rehearsal video with the studio version of the song. Simply great. Crank this up and enjoy.
While I love Mystery Road and this album was different from previous. It was always and still is a go to!! My old CD was in the first page of those 120 CD binders back in the day
Kevin Kinney is a talented song writer and the band has been solid throughout the years. Most all of there albums are better than most of what is produced these days. New bands struggle to get one good song.
I’ve seen them in bars, clubs, theaters, and festivals - never a bad show. Great band.
💯 💯
Great live
Me too! ❤
Just don't understand why they never made it bigtime? They are a wonderful band
they are bigtime with me

Too straight-ahead rock for the alt wave that was hitting at their peak, and too politically conscious for the hair circuit.
their music is weak....horrid songwriting, etc.
one decent track does not make a band good.
everything else I've heard from them is horrific. LOL
2021 and still lovin’ it. Very underrated band.
2024 love them😂😂 2:53 3:12 😊
Most underrated southern rock band....
Exactly 💥💥💥🔥🔥🔥🎸🎸🎸✌️
One if the best and most underrated band of the 90s 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
They were actually better in person than on a CD . Rare .
They sound like " Greta Van Fleet", wrong Era..
I never realized they had so many kickass songs!!! loving this band right now!!!!!
Check out Mystery Road. A DNC masterpiece
Seen em over 40 times in the last 25 years. Kevn Kinney is a prophet.

40 times in 25 years? I envy you.
wow i cant believe there are still people posting for this band!!! they were one of my huge favourites in the early nineties, but always unknown to the big crowd....they were awesome.....saw them live, the real deal!!!! Kevin kinney rocks!!!
support their new stuff...it's some of the best rock n roll I've heard in while...they still got it
The fucking beauty of this song is that every part from drums to vocals pretty much mirror each other through the whole thing. So simple but it works so well.
Great TRUE AMERICAN Band. BRINGS back great memories. Saw them many times in Jackson Mississippi in 80s.

Saw these guys about 5 times in Athens. Rocked every time!
totally awesome
The sound of that snare drum is the secret weapon of this whole song
I was thinking that same thing; those DW's sound sweet.
Yes. Pretty snarey and mixed to perfection
PARTY PARTY. Takes me back to what it was, and not what it is. LOL. Now go build a fire somewhere.
Oh, my gosh, yes...Athens! Loved seeing them back then!

The sickest song of all time. Raunchy, dirty. Awesome!
Yes indeed
Here in Birmingham on the 26 of April. Saw them last year as well. Left after this song.
One of my favorite southern rock bands
Met a few ot these guys before a show at the old Boathouse in Norfolk VA, burned a couple, then went to the show. Very cool guys. Memorable, obviously
Takes me back! Thank you for truly ROCKIN'!
I forgot about this song.
Cool.
LA Guns was killer too when he sang in that band
While I love Mystery Road and this album was different from previous. It was always and still is a go to!! My old CD was in the first page of those 120 CD binders back in the day
Listening in 2020!!
Back in the 90s they rocked Brother's Bar in Jacksonville, AL !
I forgot this band and I'm ashamed to say it!
I just love this song. If it’s too loud you’re too fucking old. - one of their OG t-shirts.
Love it!!!
Ok- fire's built, now lets turn it up !
I'm somewhere in that crowd! They shot some of this footage at a concert at Six Flags Over Georgia.
Yeah, they are definitely a good band.

What a great song! And if you want to get your babies dancing, it's a must play. LOL!
You guys deserve gold records always awesome
Legend has it. the kid still has the autograph on his forehead!!
back in 1991 i skated to this song and still do to this day and im 36.....
This is another one of those bands that refused to sell out so those who feast on the talent of others wanted little to do with them.
Awesome to hear this band again!!!
Kevin Kinney is a talented song writer and the band has been solid throughout the years. Most all of there albums are better than most of what is produced these days. New bands struggle to get one good song.
They remind of kings "X another good band that you would have thought gone farther
Awesome song!!!
