Yes and no, they are the same diameter and the same thread but I wouldn't recommend using them as mounting nuts. The combat rim nut is taller than the wheel mounting nut and thus, has more threads in it. And they are all right hand threads. (Not lefts and rights like the mounting nuts.)

Are the 8 combat rim nuts, the same thread and shape (interchangeable) as the 5 wheel mounting nuts?
