"Knockin' On Heavens Door" "Civil War" "Mr. Brownstone" "Nightrain"
He has a bigger vocal range than Mariah Carey. His speeking voice is super deep
He's a natural baritone.
1 an only
Don t cry..and estranged..this 2 song is top
I’ve noticed that not many pair have done Estranged and it’s one of my favorites.
I’m gonna need someone, anyone, to suggest ‘Rocket Queen’!!
Hell yeah, live version Tokyo 1992
The album version 🎧🎸😀 Do it !!

Best song on appetite for destruction
🙋🏻♀️
Axl Rose has a 6 octave vocal range. Thats really impressive. Love your reactions to GnR!
I will second "Knockin on Heavens Door" by G&R
Great song 🎵
You guys should make Paradise City next time!!
Paradise City_Live.
YES
Paradise City Live. SOOOOO good!
Axl Rose has the most incredible voice. Ever.
Amen
Agreed
Yup wish I had it.
And u guys should make Estranged by Guns n Roses next time :)
Guns N Roses - "Civil War" Pleeeease =)
Mr. Brownstone- that one melted my face a lil bit......🤘😎🔥
Very cool . Civil War is another great Guns and Rose's song
Live and Let Die. Written by Paul McCartney for a Bond film! Epic!
Knocking on heavens door and live and let die, also Rush - Spirit of the radio
GNR 🎸🎹🎤🥁🎵
"Live & Let Die"
"Knockin' on Heavens Door"
Always luv jamming to GNR! Next "Knocking on Heavens Door" beckons ur call .. lol. Peace out✌🏼🤘🏼💞
This was so cool back in the days of MTV . when all the great videos were played💕My kids were teenagers so it was on all day every day! Guns and Roses!
Civil War! On of the best songs ever!
It always melts my heart even after all these years, wishing everything was like the first time and stood there.
I like when he sings in the lower octaves.
Guns N Roses - "Rocket Queen" and "It's So Easy" too. =)
paradise city, don't cry, knockin on heaven's door, estranged
Don’t Cry is just the kind of song you’ll love. One of my favourites! ❤️
GNR, great show. They owned it in the late 80’s-early 90’s.
Guns N' Roses, You Could Be Mine. DO IT! Your ears will melt.
Paradise City, Rocket Queen (Live- Tokyo '92), Nightrain (Live- Chicago '92), Mr Brownstone, Knocking on Heaven's Door (Live- Paris '92), Civil War, Estranged, Don't Cry, Coma, Breakdown are all GnR greats!
Paradise City live! And "You Could Be Mine"
It's never too late to do what you really want to. I was watching this movie, I can't remember what it's called, I'm pretty sure it's based on a true story. The movie is about two brothers, Dale and Brennan that are in their 40's and they want to get into the entertainment business. Their dad thinks they're losers, but the mom believes in them. They end up starting a company called Prestige Worldwide. The company goes on to become highly successful. Anyways, you just have to believe in yourself...
One of my favorites!!
80´rules!!!! for me
I recommend "You Could Be Mine" from Guns N Roses.
Paradise City
You have to do Estranged next. Then Paradise City, and then Paradise City Live in Tokyo. 👌
Knocking on Heavens Door the live version from the Ritz 88 concert on MTV not the over produced one they recorded
ONE OF MY FAVORITES!! So deep 🌹
Glad you enjoyed this, great reactions!!
Guns n Roses are my favorite 80s hair bands! You should definitely check out Def Leopard!
“November Rain” is a masterpiece. Try it!!
Guns to me are the Led Zeppelin of the 80’s. Super talented w Axl’s high voice and Slash’s “Jimmy Page” type solos. They are hard rock but the best bands can go hard or soft and sound amazing. GNR checks that box, completely. Led Zeppelin did the same.
-#cheers-- !-
Great song
“Rocket Queen”. It’s the last track on Appetite for Destruction. It’s killer.
Axl Rose has a five octave vocal range. My singing teacher at my singing lessons has compared and contrasted my singing voice and particularly my vocal range with his by pointing out that her gifted ears recognise that I have an eight octave vocal range. So yeah I’m trying to use that to my advantage to get to be the next big singer songwriter and musician to make it big as such.
Yep “Civil War” and “Estranged” are hard to forget, a unique sound. Civil War uses the classic movie Cool hand Luke with the Wardens words to the prisoners about Luke not conforming saying, “what we have here is a failure to communicate, some men just don’t learnanyaget what we have here today”. Cool Hand Luke is total Americana and sentiments run deep and brutally honest in this film but laughs throughout. 🎵Goin’ 90 I ain’t skeerey, cause I got the .................Great Movie , top notch entertainment guys. Top notch.
More Gn'R..'You Could Be Mine' 'Civil War'
Knocking On Heaven's Door 🙏🏻
Axel grew up 20min from me...Shannan Hoon from Blind Melon grew up 5 miles from me...R.I.P...
GnR is something I grew up w/listening to my dad's vynil records...
Was born in 82, but have a lotta respect of different styles from what I grew up listening to, to what I ended up liking more which was rap and R&B...but I still have my roots that go back to 70's rock
Yes my fave by them. Simple and sweet
Another one of my favorite bands! Thank you!
Dudes!!! Best reaction ever! I LOVE when you react to a song you’ve never heard before, but there seem to be so few of them. I’m always amazed in the best way that you actually know so many vintage songs at your age, but I so love when you find one that’s new to you. ❤️🎶❤️🎵❤️
You guys NEED TO REACT TO Paradise City, Dont Cry, November Rain and Estranged. Totally necessary
They make their own , and that was f.cking fantastic .Your reaction say's this will never been forgotten . Thx You , you feel it
Rocket Queen - Live Tokyo. Best introduction to their power.
Ok guys your right this is a mellow song and it sounds good.👍👍😎
Elton John & Axl Rose - Bohemian Rhapsody
When I think of all the awesome songs from them that you have yet to discover I tell myself that you are lucky aha..... Civil War, Paradise City, Estranged, Dont' Cry, Knocking on hevean's door, Nightrain, Rocket Queen, It's So Easy, Mr Browstone, Coma...
Dave Chappelle did the _"Axl Patience"_ dance at the end of the _"White People Can't Dance"_ skit with John Mayer on the _Chappelle Show,_ 2004.
I agree Knocking on Heaven's Door Awesome song
Thx again Bros to keep it alive
Love GNR. Patience is fave song and video of mine. Ofcourse I am more into the harder side of them, like Night Train, or Welcome To The Jungle. But any GNR song is alright with me! PLEASE MORE GNR!❤🤘
He actually sang bass in church choir!
OK that's just creepy... When you guys commented about the dueling acoustic guitars, I immediately wanted to comment about Wish You Were Here, but I decided to wait until the end of the song... But you beat me to it!!! Great comparison guys!!!
Axl Rose...real name Bill Bailey...from west Lafayette Indiana
Love this song! You guys should hear CHRIS CORNELL'S cover of this song. The video is amazing.
Always been my favorite from G&R 🌹
Saw them in concert 3 times, however, never could make it to work the next day....because it was 5 hours long, when they decided to play but how they would play!😎✌❤
Axl Rose has one of the biggest/widest ranges ever recorded but not THE highest. I think that is what you‘ve meant
Yes. He has a 5 octave range which is ONE of the highest. Definitely he's the widest range in Rock & Roll. There is another man that has been recorded with a wider range.
@@jennhurl I am pretty sure that he has minimum a 5.5 to 6 octave range but other than that I agree with you
Love this band and your reactions...🖖🏻🇨🇦💥🥰
So glad u r doing this song. My fav of theirs. Saw them live in Vancouver BC. Canada. This kid beside us had a huge paper bag full of weed. There was so much smoke in the air at times Fr everyone toking up u cud not c the stage. Talk about a show though. No words will suffice .... they were that good.
Fr across the waters
Canada 🇨🇦
🐥🐥🐥hugs 2 all
Love this song. They were really good.
Next Paradise city, live performance
Other acoustic songs, one in a millon, used to love her are amazing.
you are SO RIGHT. Slash has the Gilmour spirit
No more Words , just feel it or leave try to
Great reaction guys! Patience is awesome but the live versions are better in my opinion because Slash does a better solo. If you are going to do Knocking On Heaven's Door I would highly recommend seeing the live version from the Freddie Mercury tribute in 1992 because it's way better than the studio one.
Another song that you need to check out from them is called a used to love her. It's actually a funny song did Axl Rose wrote about his dog
This and Don't Cry are my top two GNR songs ❤️
We like the same guitarists. The masters who were slaves to the music, not their egos.
You guys remeber my old comment about Axls high pitch :) Try civil war live in Paris 92 and his voice will blow your mind. Great reaction 👍greetings from Sweden.
Yesss amazing performance
Tool - Right In Two. There’s a section in this where Tool go epic that literally throws you a sonic boomerang that you feel/experience going around your brain that at its halfway point is in the distance then comes back around picking up sonic traction until it comes aggressively full circle. And you’d better catch that boomerang ‘cause it could also hit you. So good. You’ll dig it.
George & Patrick 👇
Versatility is so important for huge rock bands. The Foo Fighters dropped their new album last week & their song "Shame, Shame" blew people away. It's a completely different style from most Foo songs. The rest of the album is that recognizable Foo sound.
Please react to Foo Fighters "THE PRETENDER". The video, lyrics, instruments, & vocals are so tight!
The Foo Fighters just celebrated 25 years together & are nominated for the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame this year. The lead singer & lead guitar is Dave Grohl. 🥁🎤🎸 He was the drummer in Nirvana. He's a genius & one of the nicest guys on the planet.
Patrick - you have such a good ear for pitch! I love when you sing to match tone & pitch of the lyrics!😍
Also...more GNR!!! ❤
George today is the first day of the rest of your life! DO what you want to do! You can always change your path. It is never too late until you are six feet under.
This song has so much energy unstead its so sielent
I think this song in particular is so much more powerful with just the lyrics on the screen. Civil War i kinda feel the opposite way.
Please react to more U2.
1) I Still Haven't Found What I'm looking for
2) Running to Stand Still
3) Where the Streets Have No Name
4) All I Want Is You
5) Bad (Live Aid 1985)
6) Pride, In the Name of Love
7) Sunday Bloody Sunday
Waiting to hear Civil War next. One of their best. Peace!
if you like guitars, you have to listen to something of "Status quo". The most famous song is "Whatever you want" but you should explore their music ;)
Great job with your reaction and analysis to Patience From Guns and Roses .l feel so bad for Stevin Atler the Drummer he had nothing to do in the song or video.
I think you would dig guns and roses CIVIL WAR
Live and let die live in tokyo 🙌🙌🙌🙌
Live in paris this music
It‘s so easy; nightrain; civil war; you could be mine!
Thanks for bringing this one, I had already asked for it in a previous video ahah! In regards to similarities between Gilmour and Slash, well, I understand what you say, but the energy is much different, I would say Slash is much more similar to Eddie Van Halen, for instance... Great job! I will leave you here some suggestions for future reactions:
- "Times Like These", by Foo Fighters
- "Just Breathe", by Pearl Jam
Hey Guys, time to react to Focus " Hocus Pocus " Live from 1973 Midnight Special TV Show
YOU HAVE TO DO, ESTRANGED IS THE BEST SONGS OF G&R
REAAAAAACT
Sweet child of mine by guns and roses
This Cords are awsome
Song is so underrated
Tnx again, pink floyd and gnr, my 1st a d second fave band bros,, i would like to suggest ESTRANGED, PARADISE CITY, CIVIL WAR, DONT CRY, godbless
Man, I wish you guys would do some Tool, The Pot or The Grudge or 46 &2. And they do a fantastic cover of Led Zeppelin's No Quarter. They have some crazy time signatures and some real intensity, I'm 59 and they are in my top 5 fave bands.
Paradise City please#GunsNRoses♥️
Knockin on heavens door live tokyo
