I love durian and I’m an older westerner from Australia, l only tried it for the first time 5 years ago and have had it many times since then in many different ways.
Quite a few reactors tried durian and hated it. Some tried a 2nd time on a different occasion and can now stomach it. On the 3rd to 4th occasion, they fell in love with durian. Durian is a fruit made from heaven. You do not know how heavenly a fruit can taste until you get to love it and eat the best durian ie. Mao Shan Wang or Musang King from West Malaysia.

I love dim sum chicken feet. And its all about texture and sauce absorbing skin. Sticky rice in Lotus Leaf, honey, Baked Charsu bun, siu mai, and shrimp rice noodle roll are my other favorites . But I'd be a beach ball if I ate as much and as fast as you
