Great job. I could see how hard it became toward the end but you did it. It takes the body about 20 minutes to know it's full and that's often the mistake of people in overeating. I'm guilty of eating until I feel full not thinking that in 20 minutes my stomach will say enough. Once you hit that wall, it's very hard to tear it down and a lot of times you shouldn't push it.

Gosh I started feeling so bad for you. Glad you finished it
whenever you have rice mix it with noodles or anything with liquid. You can almost just swallow without chewing. But rice is filling so mixing it up through out helps so you don't get to full to quick.....but awesome job..

@@thuycheriefrederick1423 exactly. This was a lot of food. Zermatt did the 15 bowl version of this challenge and he struggled heaps and even said at the end that it's no surprise it hadn't been defeated before he did it cos it is 100% a professional level only challenge.
