    This recipe is typical of all Colombia in the December season.
    1 kg of cornstarch
    1 kg of coastal cheese
    100 gr of cassava starch
    2 eggs
    100 gr of butter
    14 g of salt
    30 grams of sugar
    200 ml milk
    For the custard
    1 ½ lt of milk
    500 gr of cornstarch
    500 gr of arequipe (sweet milk)
    1 cinnamon stick
