My very best friend in high school was a girl named Kelly, she had down syndrome but she always came out with us and did crazy teenager stuff, she ended up with one of the Most respectable guys in our school. Everyone loved her smile, her jokes..so beautiful. She is a nurse now at a dialysis center. I haven't done a damn thing with my life. I would be blessed to have a child as wonderful as that
Polish people can do great accomplishment

You seem like an amazing person so you definitely haven't done nothing with your life. You seem really kind, that's a blessing. No matter how successful some people are, kindness is a true gift in this world
The mum and teenage girl brought a tear to my eye. She has clearly been raised with love and respect and has a bright future.
That daughter and her mother are so beautiful together...I love being a parent~
Apparently
I cried when the couple started talking. how sweet omg. I love this couple. he bought her a 40 dollar ring
The teenage girl really made me smile :)
Sophieey I don't think you'd be smiling if she had give you open heart surgery now would you
BigB It makes me smile to hear her ambition even if it can't be fufilled, don't be so harsh.
Sophieey she's the most normal one outta all of em
Sophieey me too she looks easy
George Boehringer Hey dude, the point of trolling is usually to be funny. The only thing funny about your comments is you lmao
You don't normally see individuals with Down Syndrome and their families (or with any disability) being presented speaking in a normal every day way. It is always as the "other" and/or about their "problem". As an individual with a disability, all I ever want is to see more and more normalizing of "differentness", so that people can just be people and not face constantly being seen as "not normal", whatever normal is, right? That's what people need to get, that there's no ideal human and constructing an idea of one harms everyone. I first understood this concept for myself in 1986 when I heard a song by Depeche Mode "People are People." :) Btw, abortion was recommended to my mother. They said I would be mentally and physically disabled. Turns out I have a Master's degree and a physical disability to be sure, but not that severe. Doctors can tell you possible outcomes, but they can't determine the value that little human is going to contribute to humanity and the world.
Aazuredd Good for your mom and congrats to you for your success.
Aazuredd I don't know if you a male or female but I totally agree with your statement absolutely
What does that have to do with Down's?
God bless you!
True said. I feel you!❤❤
Not only do I work for an advocacy group for those with Down, I am proud to say that most of our clients and families have become very close to me and my heart over the last 28 years. I have seen them either grow up or move on to an older age. You really don't see many videos featuring older citizens with Down, as there is this assumption they are self-sustaining. Well, yes, that is indeed true, of sorts, but we give them all the love and support they could ever ask for. This video actually made me always continue to do my job for another 20 years or if I am forced to retire. That inspiring. Thank you for the upload, AJ+! And on a side note...I have been married now to my wife 30 years this in August; she too has Down and is as spunky and sassy today as when I first met her!
My syndrome may be down, but my hopes are up
Respect, Respect 👍
Good on ya man
Rudestar
You stole that from another video I've seen it before
Luis Reyes it's a quote from a Brandon Rogers video
I think the parents of these children are so brave and kind, I hope they give those poor children a life of happiness, and be accepted by ppl who don't have down syndrome :)
:) I found humanity in this comment section
+Sophie Young it has become the exception nowadays right. ^^
+JohnnyX1239 Your profile picture and your comment don't match.
Wonderful video and a great chance to see people with Down Syndrome in a positive light as well as showing the awesome support from their families. My friend Sarah (black jacket and glasses) was one of the speakers in the video and I am so proud of everything she has accomplished. Keep up the great videos A&J!

I literally almost cried when the teenage girl was saying nice things about her mom :) :(
I was watching this to properly understand how people with Down Syndome sound and how they talk. This is amazing, and I almost started crying.
I hate that people say that they're stupid. HATE IT. They're just like normal people, other than the speech impairments, and that's only sometimes. I'm friends with somebody with Down Syndrome, and he's one of the nicest people I've ever met.
+Fuck you no, of course I don't!
agree, they are full of love!
There are people with downs syndrome that have succeeded in life and several have a driving licence. Just because its maybe harder for them to learn doesn't meant its not a possibility.
If you think the side effects simply amount to speech impediments, then you clearly don't understand the condition.

These people are adorable.

Actually, I'd rather marry someone kind and loving with Down Syndrome, than someone who apparently enoys insulting people because they were born different.
So rest assured that the people in this video are far more attractive than you can ever aspire to be. :)
MrMeathead812 they are idiotic mongoloids
Your content is incredible. I really hope this channel grows. Keep up the good work!
Omg that Mom and daughter team are soooooo adorable! 💕

My mum had twins 3 weeks ago and 1 was born with Down syndrome and we couldn't be more happy, we will always treat him the same as his twin brother and me and my older brother will look after them through life ❤️❤️
These are the realest, most respectful, most beautiful people on this earth and I love them all very much.
Don't let an extra chromosome get you down.
nah fam ill let it get me up tf u on about?
LOL
GOD DAMMIT NOOOOOOO
Loooooooool
You goin straight to hell my guy XD
They are absolutely inspiring and so cute! I love seeing the joy and hope in their faces. They may have differences in physical, intellectual appearance and health but they are fully capable of doing anything that others with Down syndrome can do. This really warmed my heart. ❤️
3:20 awww this made me cry. mum is so happy and the daughter is SOOO sweet
There's this club at my school meet in the middle that you can help students with autism and Down syndrome and I love helping
Penelope Valladares It's pretty impressive to see someone as smart as everyone in that room combined. You must've felt like a god amongst mortals.
Penelope Valladares That's great! I bet you have a lot to offer them, and they have a lot to offer you, too. Ignore the trolls.
2words y tho
Penelope Valladares there was a club when I was in high school and all we did was make fun of these kids. That club was called " my buddies and I".
I cried, literally
I wish that all ppl with down syndrome become completely independent and live a healthy long life
Are any of us ever completely independent? Is it always terrible to live with others or get help from them? I don't think so. I think all people need to have power over their own life and to be able to make choices, but it's OK to also give and receive help from others :).
It's true that we really often underestimate the abilities of people with Down Syndrome and they can do so much more if they have the opportunities. But also everyone is different and I think those who can't live independently can still have great lives.
God bless these parents, true heroes and examples of moral strength
Everyone here is so supportive until they see they actually have to get a major surgery and see that little girl as their surgeon...
bruh
+ice man why not
+ice man they can be just a bit slow. Watch what would you do on CZcams and U will know what I mean. There brains find it hard to process information as fast as the average human. Not saying they are dumb no I have a friend with D.S
+ice man shut the heck up U saddo. Hate the people who keep saying "We've got a downy!" or "downys brownies"! or Something. Go away and leave them alone.
+ice man U are dumb
I love people with DS than normal people because they are more pure from heart ❤
LAW FIRM?! Thats insane props to you

I admire all the parents who have DS children. They are the real heroes coming from the comic books!!!

I work with kids who have special needs, most of them have downs. They are like the cutest everrrr!
They're just people, chill :)

My little sister has Down syndrome and she has been through a lot she has had leukemia, heart problems, has lost all her hair two times, and is getting a hearing aid. And she was in the hospital for over a year. And had a port and has a bolt in her tongue.
May Jesus heal her completely in every way! Downs people seem to be some of the purest spirits on earth, and she must be such a strong spirit to have endured all that. I hope she is well now.
I am trying to learn about my employee who has down syndrome. I like her a lot I want to be able to understand her more. Thank you for your perspective. 🥰
My name is Sam Piazza, I am born with Down syndrome. I am 30 years old going on 31 this march I have been working at PDQ People Dedicated to Quality for 8 years now and I don’t let my disability get in my way I live in Tampa Bay Florida all my life, I have a girlfriend that I have been with for three years she has down syndrome just like me and I have friends with the same disability just like me as well

Gosh Hannah seems like a beautiful person.
she has a wonderful mom as well
I always wondered why people the DS were so optimistic and confident. It makes sense. Their parents are so encouraging.
My son is 19 non verbal serious heart issues didn't have no idea he had it till birth I love him so much but every day I see that he deserves so much more
I work with a woman with DS; she's 23. She is hard working, incredibly sweet, and we all love her so much! We all can't help but smile when she's around😁💓🥰
It’s so nice to hear the wisdom of others. Love this exposure. And love these sweet people.
It takes all kinds of people to colour a world with a vibrancy worth living for.
That's why I love Polish people
oh my god! the baby's are so cute!!😍😍😍
People with Autism tend to be some of the most amazing people! Some have memories that you wouldn't believe! Others are amazing artists. And to top it off they're some of the most genuine and sweet people.
Amanda The Bean yes, correct.
Was that supposed to be a question?

Awesome video, great effort ! Wt a brave children their parents n young.. Felt so emotional watching this..keep it up. 👍
People with downs aren't stupid, just differently abled!
Murders don't kill people, they just end their lives!
Maybe stupid is not the right word, but yes they are less smart that not disabled people.
@@Anna999994 you dont get it. They are less good for doing maths and logic problems but they have the same emotionnal intelligence as every one
@@lapizza7175 yes, you are right :)
Another great video!
03:21 the girl is so beautiful
My nephew was born with Down Syndrome he kept getting in trouble at school for swearing so I talked him to swear in Polish he was actually smart enough to remember the words
they actually remember things really good my sister quotes sentences from tv shows like 10 years ago frequently
I'm going to pray for all the trolls in this comment section. That someone with a disability comes into ur lives and teaches u to be more compassionate and open minded.
My nephew has Down syndrome a steals he hurts animals he tells lies he swears so I taught him to cuss in the Polish language and he actually remembered many of the words I taught
What the fuck is wrong with people these days, they have 0 understanding that people don't choose to be born the way they are this generation makes me sick.I honestly think they are cute in a different way....... gosh
Petras Kopert preach it! There are so many ignorant jerks in these comments.
I don't want to be mean or offensive and I'm trying to be rude towards them but why do they have similar facial features I don't understand the science behind it
God bless those people !! 😊😊
My homies with the extra chromies. Nothing but love for these people
My mom used to work with anne at hanson bridgett. My mom was a secretary there. She has a lot of stories about her.
Anne is awesome!!!
This should have a million views at least
That was a good video
They are all so happy and positive despite their condition, the same cannot be said for many of us
Engaged couple is so cute.
I feel terrible for people with Down syndrome… it seems like they are super aware of what they are missing and it’s so sad. That Hannah girl is so sweet it made me tear up lol
Don't Underestimate The Ability to Learn and Grow. In Each One Of Each Person is A Heart and Soul. The Differences Are All Part Of The Beautiful Community in Which We Live. Time is Precious. Come Full Circle. Being An Outsider is Always More Fun Than Being In the Same Boring Middle. Have a Great Day.
Good for you I am special needs too
What a beautiful group of people, such big hearts and so loving ,how anyone can make vile comments about any person with a disability is beyond vile I'm sure they think their being funny with their comments if only they knew how cruel they are makes me so angry 😡 how dare anyone make fun of anyone else what a awful world we live in,. 😥
Ok so I'm going to be a little passively disrespectful here, but the girl at 3:18 is absolutely BEAUTIFUL, not just for those with Down's, but in a universal sense.
As a muslim i respect every being
But my most fav are people with down syndrome they are the purest heart
This is beautiful

Love AJ+, great video!
I’ve always said, they are God’s special children they always look like each other as if they were related, I wish the world for them
this video is so cute.. it changed my thinking towards down syndromes ! ❤
4:24, that damn baby is so cute lol
Down syndrome and autistic kids are SUPER EMPATHS and strong souls. They're so intuitive and loving. 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘
These souls are born into families who tend to have really strong egos. It's the universe teaching the family teachers and others they meet the true meaning of unconditional love and how egotistical tendencies seperates everyone. Suffering for families lessens as they become humble and love their child unconditionally and for once stop thinking about society.
These strong souls choose this experience because they become more adaptable and more creative thinkers than most because they always have to adapt.
Simran Matharoo amazing :*)
What a beautiful people ❤️❤️😍😍
For those of you who think these people shouldn't have been born, Ask the parents what they think. There is a FOUR YEAR waiting list of couples waiting to adopt a downs baby and we're aborting them. So, who doesn't want who?
Tell them to come to Poland. Plenty of abandoned DS children. Really no need to wait.
Because actifists encourage to born them even when the parent don't want it, and give free to adoption. But we never hear that some of there adopt the children, even if they cant have their own. So they haven't got parents, and strange people look at them, they are disabled and can't defend themselfes like undisabled kids. And it's forever, cuz other kids grow up, but they are disabled, and stay there forever.
Anne seems normal and Logan is a beautiful baby
So much love
@AJ+ You guys should do a video featuring people with Klinefelter's Syndrome. It's very rare, and most people try to avoid talking about it as a matter of embarrassment, I guess. It's very hard to find informations about it online. Please spread the awareness worldwide.
Oh wow this is cool! They are proving that disability does not define you!
Me and my wife are currently going thru a difficult time after her prenatal diagnosis that confirmed our baby has down syndrome. She is 14 weeks pregnant. It's so sad because all the news we receive from the medical experts is to go the abortion route for fear of quality of lifr for the child and parents. We are no doubt so scared because we have no idea what to do or expect. We struggle to find much support out there on this from a medical expert
George, I’m sorry to hear that - it’s really tough news. I know, because I’ve been there. My 1 year old daughter has DS, and we only found out after she was born. I won’t lie, the first few days were rough. But she is adorable and we can’t imagine not having her. This is not what you wanted for your child, but you’ll be amazed at how easy it will be to love them and how much support there is out there.
When the Asian woman with the black suit jacket started talking I laughed so hard. Hey don't look at me you probably did too.
No, I am sure most of us did not laugh. Have you ever met actual people with Down syndrome in person?
haha yeah i laughed hard dude
