The Furyâs can't be trusted, and Turki, too. Usyk's team has to be extremely watchful. The ring size, the gloves, food, drinks, etc., could easily be tampered with to favour Fury. The referee and judges too may have been influenced. Fury want to remain unbeaten at all cost while Turki want Fury to fight AJ as undefeated champion. This fight won't be fair, I think.

Even if they were it doesn't matter. If the contract for 'this' specifies a particular specification or type of canvas then that is what should be provided.
They are simply pointing out that it will be an issue per what was promised in the contract if the canvas for fight night is the same spec as the one they are training on.

@FIFASKILLZ89 the ring isn't the issue........but ring canvas was. The ring canvas in both AJ fights and the Bellew fight were all different to each other.......that is easy to see visually......they are clearly all completely different.
I wouldn't assume it is the same physical ring either.....I'd be surprised if it was. The ring was likely from a company called Ringcraft who hire and supply rings to the likes of Matchroom, Queensbury, Boxxer, Wasserman, Hennessy etc.....as well as to many of the small hall promoters.......so they have more than one ring.......so chances of repeatedly getting the same one are low.
Let's just accept that it is unlikely to be the same ring, it definitely isn't the same canvas and there is nothing wrong with requesting that the spec of the ring in the contract is the same spec on fight night.
