So what we can conclude is that The Usyk team are trying everything they can to spook Fury. The horses mouth just confirmed it’s BS. But no Usyk and his team are so fair and lovely blah blah blah. Complains is from Usyk team, and the check needs to be done by a neutral party, not Fury team.
Also Saudi rings are well known to be s****. Usyk - AJ 2 was slippery as hell, and this is the only fight Usyk fought on that exact type of ring canvas. Don't forget Hrgovic - Zhang was a slippery mess with a huge danger of someone get injured.
So if there is any chance the canvas to not be 100% optimal, this needs to be fixed.
In the contract it's said the ring canvas needs to be specific, and if they don't deliver with exactly what is in the contract, then Usyk team has all the right to pull out of the fight, if they don't fix the ring.
And there is enough time, since they did the official request for ring to be checked.

Fury will fight off the back foot for large periods of the fight and use movement himself. What you’re implying just shows your lack of knowledge when it comes to the sport. Usyk’s team complaint isn’t about the give in the canvas, it’s just a complaint for the sake to try and rattle Fury. They will do the same with the gloves later, they’ll complain about fair body shots in the fight; they’re trying to gain an advantage because they know their man needs one. Fury will stop all the noise with his performance.
