How come Honourable Judge allowed the advocate to wear the cap inside the courtroom? This shows the hierarchy system is still there in our courtrooms. I can bet if he was some junior lawyer, Honourable Judge would have taught him the lesson on how to appear before court dressing adequately.

Why is the judge fighting the wifes case? Not understood
Because they can sense fishy people. Husband doesn't want to even give 6500 to his wife. Most probably wife was homemaker and also old, since they have been married for 35 years. No income source, not in her prime where she can earn.
And husband has hired an expensive lawyer. Obviously he earns good enough. Kota coaching tutors earns in lacs a month

ये वकील बहुत अच्छी तरह हिंदी में जिरह कर सकते है पर बेकार घटिया टूटी फूटी इंग्लिश बोल रहा है । जब जज हिंदी में बोल सकता है तो इसे क्या दिक़्क़त है। जज के कारण ही ऐसे मामले में लोगों को राहत मिल सकती है और ऐसे लोग है जो जज को कॉमेंट्स में बुरा भला कह रहे है।
