really beautiful video. they just get better and better! great questions you asked the ranger station. Some People need to stop posting their rants about how people are destroying the forest on social media. They are only bringing more attention to the area when in the case of bypasses theres no issue.

Yeah I figured I just should go to the source and ask the questions. So far every time I talk to those folks they are always very helpful and friendly!

Hey Steve! @The-OutdoorDad - thanks so much and thanks for noticing - I was trying to get the timing to flow right on the entire video. It was a great trip, I'm glad my 18 year old still likes going camping with dad! Was kind of worried that was not going to be a thing anymore! And, I really am!!!

LOL yeah I know right! It was weird when we came down off the mountain the phones blew up! However technically I was listening to an audio book while out there on my phone!

what is the trail like from the Sherman pass rd down to Big beadow like? You really didn't show that much and we have an OIff grid trailer so based on Gaiagps looks ok but looks can be deceiving.
Paul that route is really easy. People have event taken larger travel trailers back there. Both sides are good meaning the Johnsondale bridge and 9 mile canyon. So if you’re talking about a teardrop type trailer you’ll have no issues getting up there. You should def make that trip out there especially before they closed Sherman pass
