Traktor Tips #3 - USE THE BEST DJ EFFECT IN THE WORLD!!!

Here is my video on one of, if not one of the most powerful effects in the Traktor software: an emulation of the legendary filter found on the Allen and Heath Xone 92 and 96 mixers. Enjoy the tip and demo!

Why not just use Barber Pole effect and turn your knobs for high and low pass?

Interesting. I never thought of that. I made the video to showcase the Filter 92 effect but that idea with the Barber Pole sounds good. Will look into it. Thanks for sharing!

Is there a difference between the Filter:92 and the xone Filter Setting for the Mixer Channels?

I believe the main difference is the workflow (how changing the frequency, resonance, etc operates). Since using the filter on the Xone96 and 92 happens on the mixer while in Traktor its software/hardware on S4 or X1s.
In terms of sound, I have found no difference between Filter:92 and the Xone filter
