Yeah they dont give you enough spf if you only use sunstick by its own, you can check out labmuffinbeautyscience for more info about this. Sunstick is initially made for touch-ups bcus it is much easier to use compared to lotion.
I saw a video about it too. You need to put like 20+ swipes or something crazy like that to get the same result as a spf50 lotion. Use lotion as your main protector before you leave the house and use the stick when you need to reapply on the go

I’ve been using the liquid sunscreen of this brand and I love it. I did get a couple white heads at first due to change in routine but it’s such a beautiful glowing finish and I don’t see any new sun damage. 🥰

That sunscreen is not matte, at least for me. I don’t have dry or oily skin, mine is in between or normal. Every time I use that sunscreen it looks matte for the first 10 seconds and then becomes super shiny and oily to the touch and just feels gross. I was very disappointed and I’m not sure why mine is like this. When it came in the mail it was a little melted but I put it in the fridge for a few hours and then let it sit for a day before using it, I thought at first it was because it needed to sit longer. three weeks later it was still the same way. Could it have been melted upon arrival messed with the “matte” formula?

Did you buy a legitimate version? There’s been issue with people buying counterfeit versions from illegitimate resellers
@@micaaacs It is a truly matte sun stick. Feels like nothing on my very oily, acne-prone skin (just a very light silicone smoothness). The problem I have with it is that it's really hard to tell how much you've applied and get a thick enough layer for full protection. So, I still prefer to use my normal sunscreen lotion in the morning. I apply the BOJ sunstick to my oily areas to mattify them. And I like to carry it for reapplication and for the backs of my hands (since I'm always washing them) throughout the day. I think it's hard to get the full SPF 50 coverage with a sunstick -- but I usually don't reapply at all (since my skin is so oily) so it's better than nothing.
I don’t understand how do I use stick sunscreens. After putting it on my face(I have acne) all the bacteria will stay on it and I won’t be able to use it twice?!

You can wipe off the sunscreen stick after each use if you like. Sticks are often anhydrous and do not harbor bacteria

All sunscreen breaks me out and irritates my eye & nose creases. Is there truly a brand that won't cause breakouts or irritate? So far EltaMD is the closest but it still irritates. 😢 Sunscreen triggers my eczema.😢
Mugwort (a lovely ingredient in this sunscreen) generally helps with eczema. I have really sensitive skin and the beauty of JOSEON brand works wonderfully. ❤

Try checking if any other products you’re using are differently based than the sunscreen, (either oil or water based) that’s usually the cause for products doing that

This sunstick is matte but I will say I’ve had some issues with pilling when reapplying this sunscreen through out the day

You can use as your base layer! I use this under my foundation every day!! Highly recommend it!!
