A movie dedicated entirely to the consequences of this weapon leaving the bounds of its intended use would be amazing.
Baelin will fix the problem. Possibly teamed up with Fred Orchardson (and his big ass sword of character whupping).

Hello, Johnny Silverhand's pistol in Cyberpunk. The funnest gun in the whole game during the flashback sequences, pretty disappointing once you get it as V.
@Tom Londe omg yes. Got it crafted to legendary with 4 plus 7% damage mods on it and still weaker than a good overture and many other weapons. I never use that thing.

Great idea
They would be stupid not to do that

Came to say this
You could have also done the one where it falls out of his hands automatically when he was done using it and he couldn't pick it back up. Would have been funny watching that struggle. He struggles to pick it up until it just despawns leaving him completely despondent.
Did you mean "despawndent"?
Get out!
Or do it so that he can pick it up but it always despawns and resets when he gets out of range. So he sits there trying to figure out ways to steal it. Like tying a rope to it to try and pull it out of the area. Or trying to put it inside multiple layers of inventory (put it in a bag that's on a horse and put the horse in his backpack).

Skyrim
As a game developer/programmer yes that is exactly what it feels like.
Time for patch I guess 😅
That should be a skit!
Now I want a skit of Adam and Rowen breaking the game with Alan and Ben trying to stop them.
Patch 1.02.54b
• Players can no longer glitch through the invisible wall in the dark forest.
• Magic Minigun is automatically unequiped after killing the Orcish horde.
• Magic Minigun despawns soon after killing the Orcish horde.
Look at what you've done now! Thanks for nothing, ArtyFartyCheesecake. ☹
Now we need a sequel.
Or Adam can randomly appear in the background for some skits, killing random people while Greg chases him.
That sounds perfect.
I agree, this video needs a sequel, we need to see how much trouble is caused, and how it is fixed!
100% needs to happen
Have Bernard try to mug him while Charles tries desperately to stop him
I think the killing people part is best applied to those stupid NPCs like the OP guards with insta-kill swords and the fruit merchant who had killed him in the past with his own insta-kill swords.
There needs to be a sequel with the consequences of Adam breaking the boundary!
Player vs whole server including npc, another players and devs.

The music, the Oh Sh*t stare Alan gave. The sequel is right there for grabs!
Probably break, and require 5 crusted star diamonds from a paid DLC..
Greg’s face at the end when he says “oh that’s really really bad” was gold. He’s not even scared just bored and annoyed.
1:10 the cost of firing a minigun for that long 42 seconds could cost more than $5k.
Hope there is a part 2 to this skit. Although it would have been hilarious is Adam broke the game just to realize the gun does no damage now that it is out of the quest boundary 🤣
*Goes to steal something*
Guard:"thief! drop the goods or pay with your blood!"
*proceeds to open fire with the minigun*
Guard who's being shot at:"murderer!"
*kills him with his OP guard sword*
Still worth it. Back when I was into RuneScape, I kept Silverlight, the OP sword the does massive damage to one or two enemies, but is about average when used on anything else, just for the memories and sense of accomplishment.
Or we get to rediscover what happens when you step over a tree that is clearly blocking the road.
What about plot twist, the ammo it shoots is days off your lifespan, he keeps shooting it killing everything, scene by scene he gets older and older, and eventually he dies smiling, pan out from the world and we see Alan playing the game on his couch, happy, and then he goes to the menu, selects new game, we warp back into the TV and hear a voice, "Hello Adventurer, And Welcome to the Town of Honeywood" and Alan smiles an evil grin marking a new series where he starts using skills he's not supposed to learn yet, knowing information he shouldn't have, and evolving into a Speedrunner, "skip, skip, skip, accept", until the new update comes out, multiplayer required, he pairs with a random who is a role player, hijinks ensue, the role player learns to take things less seriously, and the Speedrunner learns to enjoy the smaller parts that he was skipping over... And SCENE...
To OP: This reminds me of the One-Hot Obliterator in Breath of the Wild.
There are ways to use it outside of its quest, but it only does ONE damage if you do so.
So it's pretty much useless outside of its quest.
🤣
The "masculine fighting sounds" in the subtitles was just divine. Enable VLDL subtitles, everybody, for (at least!) 17% more humor!

You guys keep pushing the limits and it's awesome behold!
I fully expected him to walk away with it and then immediately run out of ammo or it just falls apart or something. These guys manage to surprise me more often than I expect.
Or, when you relog into your character, the gun's just... GONE. D8
Agreed, was expecting the same.
This kinda feels like watching the eagles in lord of the rings bringing hell upon the enemies and disappear after one minute 😂
Or suddenly disconnected/banned for exploiting.
If I remember correctly, this is supposed to be an MMO Game World, so it's possible.
So they surprise you with how often they surprise you?
I expected Adam to fall through the world like when Rowan tried to cross the river or step over the log LIKE A NORMAL HUMAN BEING!!
Same lol
I was expecting that too and they delivered.
Yeah since, a lot of games, if you do manage to glitch out of a specific spot early or in an abnormal way, the game will refuse to load the rest of the map until the invisible wall has been flagged to be gone. NieR Automata's PS4 demo has a glitch like this where you can get out of the boss area, but no assets outside of the current level will load to let you back into the open world (since the assets don't exist in the demo)
Normal human beings cannot just step over logs, Mercuraz!
What? Are we just going to fly around and shoot lasers out of our eyes, too?!
I think that was what all VLDL fans expected 😂😂. Hear the tutu tututu and send Adam fly to meet Rowan in the intergame dimension, who by now would be some sort of divinity 😅😅
I wanted to see Adam go flying into the "other world" where Rowan went when he stepped over the log. Just the two of them, drifting through the void forever, one with a minigun. lol
I really was expecting to see that
Greg: “I’m a pacifist”
Also Greg: **is canonically the town executioner** (as seen in “when game choices make no difference”)
So Greg is perfectly self-aware AND aware that his world is a game.
Yes this has been established for sometime now
I might be wrong, but I think Greg just knows the details of how his world works, not why or that it specifically is a game. As far as I know, only Baradun knows that it is in fact a game...
This is literally the pitch for this show.

A movie where a man - once a hero - turns evil when given a weapon that makes him unstoppable.
Fast forward a decade or two: The old Dark Lord has been deposed and a new one has taken his place, one who has unlimited power, preventing all opponents from getting close before being demolished.
Cue Greg, the exiled merchant who watched a dear friend and savior turn to the darkness. Now he must train a new warrior to defeat the Dark Lord and redeem himself.
This could 100% be a whole other series!
Adam should cameo this character in other skits. Just waking around in the background
I love how these skits are basically the game developer possessing one of the NPCs to try to defend a plot hole in the game to the player
Every rpg games in beginning

Whoops, I guess I heard wrong, might need to get my ears checked
I can only imagine how many online tutorials there would be to glitch this weapon out of bounds.
It would completely change the meta for DPS. Healers, tanks, and such would be about the same. However, anyone going damage will need a mini-gun (actually, healers will probably favor it as well). Someone trying a sword build for DPS would just get their team angry, since the devs would make new encounters difficult enough to challenge the players without realizing why the players are doing so much damage (until they realize it four or five patches later and have to nerf the most recent instances due to them being difficult enough to challenge raid parties with several mini-guns).
Half expected Adam to be immediately struck by a ban hammer.

@@VivaLaDirtLeague yes!!!!!!
Major props to the makers of that cool weapon, the effects and sound team for how epic it looks in use, and the stunt team for really looking like they were being blown away. Especially the last dude who flew into that tree

Using a chainsaw to make an prop chain gun? Genius! Everyone is asking for you to use it more, so looks like a solid investment to me.
I just love that no matter how hard they try they can never stop them from breaking the barriers in the games
they need to patch those collision problems
Well the puppy slayer did not try very hard. Must be quite the evil player.
Lets be real, there's bugs in every game, more in some than in others, glitching an OP weapon out isn't too far fetched for a dedicated player
Accurate. Every mmorpg or rpg with invisible walls is just asking players to bypass them.
Adam has joined Rowan as a superplayer who can literally go anywhere in any game after breaking so many games' boundaries.
this idea with a machine gun will be enough for several more episodes
VLDL PLEASE THIS EPS NEEDS A SERIES SO BAD!!!
Didn't expect Adam to go full Rowan and break the game, but the ending was so beautifull 🥲
I thought he was going to be absorbed by the ground
This has to have a sequel!!!!!!! I need to know what shenanigans Adam will get into now!!!!
Look into the USA history, they used that weapon to help the natives in America as well
Two follow ups:
#1: Should follow it up with Adam just chilling in town, destroying chickens with it. Dialogue related to how people are too afraid to leave town in their best gear when playing full loot games.
#2: Then a hooded GM pops in, makes the gun disappear, changes Adam's name to something embarrassing, gives him a 24 hour ban, and then pops back out. Greg stands back at his shop with "I told you so" looks.
Despite having played so many MMOs, the hooded GMs from Ultima Online are the first thing I think of when I think of what a GM looks like.
🤷😆
Turns out the gun is extremely underpowered and they just made the enemys have 1hp in that area. Adam gets completely trashed by the Lich he mouthed off to
You guys really deserve a hollywood budget, i would go to a movie of yours in the theathre in a heart beat
I really hope this becomes an entire arc. This is soooo good!
There's just something about Adam absolutely enjoying power that is both endearing and terrifying.
Watch out for power mad Adam
Really expected Adam to go full Gold shirt Palpatine & yell UNLIMITED POWER!
Definitely yelling that in some of the slow mo shots 😂
Part 2: He fires the weapon upon a tiny goblin and finds out it is entirely useless because the goblin isn't flagged to go down from the use of the gun. So now all he has is a flashy emote that does no damage to anything and he can't unequip it.
Or he can't unequip it and it does 0 damage to anything without special event flags. He's super popular on seasonal events, since he melts the boss and event minion, but is worthless otherwise. Actually, it would probably start a meta of there being one member of raid party for a seasonal event to kill the boss easily while everyone else levels their main character. Experienced players would have most of their character slots with serious characters, but one would be dedicated to the special event mini-gun character.
He about to be a blight on the land with that mini gun.
It was on that day that Azerim entered a new age: The age of industrial destruction.

So from now on, this should be a running gag.
In the background just have him slaughter some enemies with while laughing maniacally. Maybe play it into the odd skit (like someone sneaking past guards who suddenly get mowed down as Adam runs through the scene).
Okay that ending's got to be a cliffhanger to what's to come.🤣
Great skit as always. But why I am really writing this comment, is to say how amazing the special effects are, and how much better they become each time! Even the smallest of details that the viewer might take for granted, look and sound great. Great work guys.
