Season with salt and black pepper
7 eggs
Handful of fresh Parsley
100g (3.5 oz.) mozzarella
1 tbsp Parmesan
1/2 tsp sweet peppers

OMG. I just made this today and then stumbled across this video!!!. I added spring onions in mine but not the cheese. I added lots of chilli powder for that Desi twist. Love watching these videos when I get a free moment. I might post a few of my cooking videos!!

@@Hgggjjv ,Thank you. I actually buy Happy Eggs organic/cage free eggs or Vital Farms Pasture Raised (have a You tube video) eggs (my absolute favorite). They cost a little more but are a lot healthier because the chickens and hens are out feeding on the grass 24 hours a day and not in barns where there is overcrowding.
The darker the yoke the more fresh the eggs are, but yes more healthy too! When I went to Greece for vacation I buy eggs from farmer everyday fresh they were always dark orange. Here in USA it’s always yellow, never dark orange, never fresh :(

Those first yolks had an absolutely unreal color. Bet they tasted amazing.
No, those are absolute real color which every egg should have, nowadays eggs lacks in nutrition nd color too bcuz of mass produce. The same color eggs i used to see when i visit the countryside
But yeah these were like 10%color boosted because of high contrast while editing.

I've heard the more of a vibrant, deep yolk color, the better quality of egg. Not sure how true that is though. It does look straight up red lol
The deeper the orange, the higher the protein content in the eggs. Also a stronger flavor. Those are what my chickens produce.

Fabulous inspirations! We eat egg dishes with lots of veggies a lot, not much meat. But the chicken dogs....etc are always a great addition. I keep precooked bacon in small snack bags in freezer for tasty additions!! Your recipes are so inspiring! Thank you! Ahna USA
