- An ‘exploded’ wall, lots of prints, and intimate corners - Aparshakti Khurana and Aakriti Ahuja give us a glimpse of their Mumbai home, designed by Rupin Suchak. “The intent for their home was to create a cozy, homely vibe that drew inspiration from Tropical Modernism; something textured, layered, poised, and accented with beautiful restored elements,” says Rupin.

I just luv the look of house🏠, it's not everyone's taste, but I luv this soothing and calming darkness and old mysterious vibes..
Hey Atul how come u say that's not everyone's taste ....u r wrong bcoz this is exactly wat my country home looks like....I just love the way it's done. This reminded me of my mom's n Dad's home in Vasai.
It's very spacious very comforting n very warm n cozy at the same time.
May b we were bro n sis in the past life so we hv the same taste...👍🙏🎉
Today's generation love live-ins n blah blah. So someone commented there's no space for d baby to crawl.
So I mentioned that even today's generation kids do not crawl but scroll as they are techi kids n they explore only the internet...right.
So why talk abt no space n this n that....,🎉👍
MAY WAHEGURU BLESS THIS FLY N BLESS US TOO...👍🎉🎉🙏🙏🙏🙏
This is one of the best AD episodes i have seen. Which is more about stories and weaving it together with the furnitures and peices or memories and not so much about the Italian tiles and Parisian chandelier.
~ the designer did his job so well to have space for everything and making it fall in love together with eachother.
They don’t show the kitchen that’s the heart of a home.
such a warm welcome, god bless the family!!
Beautiful couple! Full of positivity, warmth, and devoid of any artifice. Must say the Khurana boys were raised well, and their significant others too!
Nah they’re the most rude people I’ve ever met.
Such a beautiful family and home filled with things they adore.
Felt so warm and welcoming. God Bless you and keep you happy for ever.
It's beautiful... Old school..
Love him as an actor . If he is in the movie I am watching it . This family is so wholesome and so beautiful . Love your home ❤️❤️🫡 off to the decorator . ❤️❤️❤️
I love the thought they have put in curating things which are close to their heart.
Eyeful! I couldn't stop pausing nd looking at the house for few minutes🤩🥰🤩 commendable interior design 👌 🙌👏 cute family too. God bless you more 🙏
Beautiful soothing house 👌😍🥰
absolutely beautiful
That wall is really amazing
This also seems like a timeless design. Something which will not go out of trend ever
It looked like a decor store ! Where is the space for living in it ?
😂😂
spot on, the best celebrity homes i saw was Sunil grover n shetty's
Beautiful ❤❤❤❤❤.
Stunning
I liked the House so much ☺️😊😊😊😊
So sweet
Oh that’s a gorgeous beautiful place to live. What a wonderful home they’ve made together (with their brilliant designer of course!)
Edit- looking around in the comments and it’s a little sad although not surprising to see that people think generic designs are better than something authentically and boldly crafted like this home. It may not be for you and that’s okay- but why hate the fact that someone else enjoys it? I was personally excited to see vintage, color and texture combined so beautifully and all the layering felt mindful and purposeful to me. I would say to each their own but that’s not the attitude of a lot of commenters here. Well to remind everyone- be a little polite. If you won’t say it to someone’s face- don’t say it online. People behind these screens are not monsters and people who made this video, who made that home can still read your comments. And consider that different people enjoy different styles and we are all better for it. :) design is meant to be fun and playful and experimental! Don’t be too rigid about it :)
Beutiful work .
Beutiful people.
= ❤️ Home .
Wow😍😍😍😍
Wow home is so beautifully decor ❤
All haters in the comment section actually jealous from your bond . Your love. So bhaadh m jane do ese logo ko . There is no over extra things in your house. Isse jyada smaan to mere table pr pda hota hai. And this house is beautiful Seriously.. ❤️❤️❤️🥺
To each his/her own. We are no one to comment. Just see, enjoy and give healthy comments if possible which doesn’t hurt anyone.
What a beautiful home. Love the colors and patterns and textures. But most of all, love the energy and connection between Aparshakti and his wife. ❤
the best celebrity homes i saw was Sunil grover n shetty's
Haveli vibes. Cozy
Loved how they curated their home in a vintage way with beautiful, eye-catching decors! A big thumbs up for the living room; the chandelier is a statement piece in the whole space and the uniquely designed wall tell its own tales. Also, they have well accomodation for natural light to enter. Above all, it is delightful to see how the young couple share so much love with each other and how happy they are in the space they have built.
And for people spreading negativity in the comments section, surely they should have asked for each of your valuable taste in design and decor and build their home accordingly? Why dont ya'll focus on your own houses and be happy in it?
People are expressing offences as if Aparshakti and Aakriti borrowed their money to design this. Haha.
This is lovely ❤️
She’s so so beautiful ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Lovely..classy and no doubt not so common taste...
Feel like vintage home
Beautiful couple
Very lovely home :)
❤❤❤❤
Beautiful home you've got. Of course the whole credit goes to your nod to the ripe ideas. 👍
Whole video shows more affection between couple
If by Rudyard Kipling is one of fav poems 🥺
He was completely racist towards us. And here they are celebrating his work.
The wall paintings in the living room specially those pink n blue ones reming me of histopathology slides in pathology labs
❤
🖤🖤🖤🖤
Too many colors and too many patterns in one space, but the wall actually is stunning!
You really dont see many Bollywood celebs with this much charisma these two couples are gorgeous
dream house
Baby girl💖
They seem like wonderful people - the house is not to my taste though, but all that matters is that they love it. ❤
Suma,you are correct.
There seem to be too many sofas chairs. Bewildered.
Lovely family. About the house, wonder where’s the space for the little one to crawl, play, explore?
Oh Oh I am not frm this generation but like today's generation is like ....oh they love to hv live-ins
life n lead their own damn way...
So even toddlers of this generation DO NOT CRAWL but they SCROLL
n u do not need space but there is INTERNET TO EXPLORE...👍😂😆🤣😀😀...today's kids tech smart..
It's a fact u got to agree with me..right...😆😀 Times hv changed n parents are supposed to b tunning with kids today. They just need the right guidance n parents support...
Being strict is a big NO NO...
Let them be wat they want to...👍👍🎉
Btw am an Aquarian mother so am very frndly with my 28yr old son. He's very free with me n he knows his limits n boundaries....😀👍🎉🎉🙏🙏
Hey AD, any idea where the reading corner chair is from?
Personally I do not like dark shades on the wall of Apartments. If you watch Arman Mallik house, it's really mind blowing..
Wish theu show the full home, rather than just 1-2 spaces
Where is this in Mumbai??
Full House tour guys . I want to see like rooms and guest room bathroom. 🥺
Please AD, house tour of Kartik Aryan or Kriti Sanon. The picture that they post of their home is brilliant and make me curious to know more
Less is more. More is just More.
Imagine AD guys reaching before Urban Clap 😛
Isska part 2 banaao...ki aese ghar ki safayi kaise karte hai.😆
Why they do not show bathroom??
Too eccentric.. minimalistic surrounding creates a peaceful mind..
Hi
🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏😁🙏
Beautiful cosy home, not sure who they are. I wanted to see the rest. 😕
This is too dark and cluttered for my liking I love Gaurav Kapur and Kirat Bhattals clean lined beautiful airy home That’s my way of doing a home
3:21 particularly one thing which gave me neuralgia was the glorification of a racist man - Rudyard Kipling who donated today’s £500 to General Dyer after he was convicted of Jallianwala Bagh Massacre. Kipling also justified racism and colonisation. Who says slavery is abolished; The difference is, today’s western slaves hold college degrees.
Moroccan wtyle
Why do they put so much furniture in Mumbai apartments. There is so less space to walk around. Why do U need 2 coffee tables?
You're right.
It looks quite nice
Jab ghar pe log aayenge tow kahaan baethenge
Many people sadly overdo it. Many people in India blindly try to copy the west. Be it in furniture or otherwise.
These houses are to just do party and welcome guests and show how they live in.. but literally it is not livable.... They have a child it is unsafe....and mostly when when someone comes home after doing their job, they want open space to put feet and roam freely not to walk like on geometry lines
venn 😄
They just mess up all the things
The wall is an eyesore. Too many things happening. It is so messed up
I can understand & respect looks of anything is a personal choice as well as a subjective thing but even keeping that in to consideration still over do of anything is a mess.
You cannot move two steps without hitting something.
Not my style. it feels dingy a little bit. No doubt its a style that they loved and admire. But I like airy and place full of light. less cluttered.
Ye chandelier kahan latka diya be…
House should be a house not a studio
Definitely not the house I saw on their Insta!
So scary interior
This is looking like a showroom not a home.
Khichdi one word is suitable for this design
Dono bhai bade wale mithe h😂😂😂😂
Everyone has their own choices and ideas
But to me it looks like second hand shops 🤨
Zuppee ka kamaal🤣
I am confident they are extremely cheery colorful n zen personalities to be able to live in such a drab fake vintage themed home.
Objects around are all pitted against each other for attention. Walls have a burden of its own. Its such a weeping tense clutter. N you have a child passing through barely left walking space. You can always spend on vacations to live in authentic heritage castles or vintage cottage homes so why build a fake one in a small space. Homes that speak of a theme look so juvenile or desperate childhood fantasy.
They are so much in contrast to the home. Their vibe together is amazing and delightful. Aparshakti looks so much fun to be around. But the home is an overkill.
This looks like a furniture warehouse if im being honest😂. But to each his own. I like minimal clean and functional living spaces.
Creepy decor!
It’s vintage. You must have taste to appreciate that.
Why this house giving me negitive creepy vibes
Wow I hope this home is everything they dream for it to be, but good god this is awful content. Their home feels so impersonal; so forcefully curated. AD India, I’m going to need more thoughtful guest selection pls =
It's too much furniture there..there is not a place to move and walk around
Its so clumsy
It has so much furniture that it looks cluttered.
Работа курьером
Looks more like an exhibition rather than home.
a messy house
Living room does not have space to walk, full of furnitures😅
Too too cluttered, no space, gaudy colors .. awfully bad taste.
Their behaviour with each other is sooooo fake. They are the rudest people I’ve ever met n they’re even rude to each other in person. 🤷🏼♀️
Its too much done in a house.
Kuch zyada hi bhar diya h
Bad
When u have too much money and don't know what to do!!!!!
