    Enjoy your commentary very much.
    If your not planning to be an influencer and make a income/career from CZcams videos, it would be great to hear your take on other wheels.
    I have a S22 and it has been a really crappy year with it. MOBO fried, BMS issues and needed to replace sliders. Other than these things that were covered by warranty (except slider). It is a great wheel to ride.
    For my city riding at 50 to 60 km/hr is good enough as I am with traffic or passing (speed limit in town is byween 30 - 60 km/hr). When on trails (mostly technical) max speed is 40 to 50 and haven’t found a hill that is not claimable (sure there some but not on the black trail here in Toronto)
    If I had the cash I would get the T4 for a trail back up and a SS for my road wheel (I have a RSHT and will keep it). Even if I had the cash for 4 wheels, I still would need a Ok from the boss and kids.
    Have a great day.

      Thanks a million 😊
      I had the opportunity to try the sherman s and the ex30 only for a few minutes. Not enough time to judge a wheel, but my initial impression with the ss was great. I personally would not buy a v1, i would wait till at least next year to see if LK can improve and perfection the ss to the point that its high cost will be worth it. Example: suspension sticking, reported oil leaks, suspension tubes rubbing against the shell and cracking, etc.
      In regards of the ex30, unfortunately, I really dislike its riding feel. It is wide and heavy. I really dislike the lower frame with the battery casing sticking over the tyre rim so that it makes susceptible to damage if not careful on stairs, big potholes. This excludes it to being an safe offoading wheel. So big nono for me.
      Thank you so much for sharing your experience with the s22 🙏
      It is indeed highly valued as I am considering purchasing it alongside my master molicel due to the bigger suspension travel for big jumps and drops and smart bms as an important safety feature.
      It is a really tempting wheel 🧐🤤
      Sorry to hear about the issues you had with it... At least the most expensive parts were covered by warranty 🙏
      I am just waiting to see how the s22 pro will hold up on mud and rain 🤞
      And to be honest it took me also a while to get the master ready for offroad riding with the all the upgrades and checks it had needed.
      Excellent choices, the ss and t4!!! I am also considering the ss as a road wheel for next year (no more heavy charger in the backpack✌️)
      I haven't tried the T4 yet but it looks extremely agile and torquey.
      I would be curious to see what LK and inmotion will bring to the table in terms of new 16inch suspension wheels this summer 🧐🤤
      Same! if I could i would have not only 4 but the whole euc collection 🤭🤩
      Have a lovely day 🙌 and have fun riding!
      Toronto and the beautiful scenery around the city must be really a dreamland for trail riding!!! 🤩🤩🤩

    Master 40T rider here, I changed the shock to a rock shox Monarch rt3, and the linkage to the Kuba version totally changed the suspension dynamics... tyre changed to a Shinko 244, I hate the cst186 tyre but work well on my ex30.. I primarily use my Master for trails and occasionally street... I love my Master, just a shame you have to spend so much to make the wheel workable... the S22 got so much potential, too slow for my liking. I just hope kingsong has rectified the failings on the S22 Pro.

    • @alexiszakariene
      @alexiszakariene  Před rokem

      🙌 Excellent set up you have !! Which size of the monarch rt3 shock did you choose: the 190x51 or the 200x57?
      I completely agree, I have the kuba and fox shock elite and cannot go back to stock for offroad purposes, I d be scared to break the whole thing.
      Here in the UK the shinko tyres are very difficult to get so I have a kenda knobbly and street/hybrid for now. I am trying to get used to the kenda street as the added agility on slow turns is really beneficial for techy trails 😁 but much more slippery on wet, mud and sandy terrains 😭 full gear is essential 😉
      I am currently trying to sell my master 50e that i mainly use for commute and street then buy a s22pro. I am really hoping kingsong got their main bugs fixed by now 🤞 I think my ultimate offroad set up for this / next year would be master molicel modded for techy & narrow trails + ks22pro for big drops, jumps and wide flowy singletracks 🤩
      I again agree, it is a shame some of those newer wheels need so much more invested money to function properly or at least to make them offroad viable options. At least it seems the manufacturers are listening amd improving their products. I was really glad to see the t4 and master with metal battery casing. They look gorgeous 😍

    I love the KS22 and while the top end isnt in Master's class but the suspension on the s22 and the way it rides feels so much better than the master. I am 6'4" tall or (193cm I think) 260ilbs and the S22 have Never Bottomed out with me, while the master was NOT able to go down curbs and off road is what I ride 80% and I have rode 6 eucs before I bought the s22 in NOV.. I have had zero problems and love it. It feels well made and I cant say that the master I tested did. I did miss the acceleration of the master but The fun the s22 brings me makes up for that 3 fold... Great review BTW... I am glad u like the master

      Thank you so much for the excellent input 🙌
      I completely agree with you, having 130mm of suspension travel instead of only 80mm, must make a huge difference on offroading feel, especially on big jumps and drops.
      I had to buy a new linkage and quality shock in the master to compensate for that, albeit it will never be as good as the s22 suspension.
      The reason why I went for the master in the first place, besides the power and speed, was the pedal height (contrarily to many other riders, the higher the pedals the better for me), the slightly narrower profile, which for the kind of trails I do, can save from pedal clipping, and the fact that i could easily remove the kickstand on the master (I profoundly dislike them 😅).
      Nevertheless, the s22 is definitely on my next purchase radar to complement the master molicel. I am waiting to see some review and testing on the s22 pro, especially how durable the sliders will be in mud and wet conditions 🤞 🤩

      Indeed it does. Let's see if the s22 pro will have less issues than it's predecessor 🤞 Ultimately, I think i d like to have both for offroading the master molicel and s22 pro 🤤

    Those upgrades I will look at. I tried dnm shock but returned it. Yes I am saving for the kuba linkage. I want to get rockshox maybe next year. I used my motorcycle boot tcx and they work perfect. I thought they would not work so suprised. I will try my oneil boots but I need more experience. Those boots are very stiff and mounting dismounting might be an issue. Tcx are small and nimble enough. My grizzla set up is working great too.

    • @alexiszakariene
      @alexiszakariene  Před rokem +1

      Great choices! Either kuba or ema linkages are changing how the wheel feels for the better, especially to avoid bottoming out in offroad. The stock shock is fine too but it can brake more easily. I agree motorcycle boots can be great fit and more protective against foot and ankle injuries compared to standard shoes, although it might take some time to adjust to how they feel. And might not work if they are too stiff. Yay! Grizzlas are great indeed. i am trying to learn to use different kind of power pads so currently i am using jump pads from euc custum power pads.com on the front and xl grizzla on the back 🙌

    • @pacochawa2746
      @pacochawa2746 Před rokem +1

      Cool. Have you heard of clark pads latest pads? I just have some random pads for now. The new clark pads have some type of rebound when you push on it. So you dont hit a bump then over torque. I am looking at them in the future.

    • @alexiszakariene
      @alexiszakariene  Před rokem

      Thank you for the info 🙌 I ll keep a close eye then 😉 The reason why I like the euc custum jump pads is that they are big blocks bulky at the bottom but free on the top so crouching down and seated riding are not compromised. On the contrary, standard pads have a very wide layout both on the bottom and on the top. That's the reason why I have cut my grizzla as I prefer to have a thinner layout on the top 😉

    Who did you get to change bearing? You must have some informed shops.

    • @alexiszakariene
      @alexiszakariene  Před rokem +1

      Yes, I live in London, UK and the massive advantage is that we have great pev shops which offer professional euc servicing: Pet and erides. Very competent and professional, I always leave my euc in their knowledgeable hands for servicing and check up purposes, including change of bearings.

    • @pacochawa2746

      Nice. I need to rely on myself and utube info lol. Not sure I can upgrade bearings myself. Master is easiest to work on I rhink.
