With rekordbox, there are a bunch of playlists provided by djs under specific genres once logged in Tidal so that's a plus. For track suggestions on what may go together with what's being played is also provided in rekordbox as well as in vdj. They come in very handy most of the time
Love to see the growth, Tidal!! that's major. Music knowledge is the most important thing. You can have all the skills in the world but if you're playing songs nobody likes or knows then even as a bedroom DJ you're doing yourself a disservice.

Hey Rodney, I didn't make it super clear, sorry about that. You can download music and play it offline from your phone or computer, when you will need to have an active internet connection to actually stream Tidal through Serato! I originally thought you stream offline with downloaded music, but WiFI is indeed needed.
Ok liftoff, I have a gig Saturday coming up, I have tidal now, I have a question, if there WiFi is weak, just in case, can I download the music that I have on Tidal, to my Serato playlist ? So in other words, the music that I have only when I’m on tidal, can I download that to my crates on Serato and just use that when I’m playing at a gig without being on Tidal??
You can download it and play it offline, but it still technically has to be played within Tidal. You just wouldn’t need Wi-Fi. But in Serato or another software, you need Wi-Fi either way!

Unfortunately, you’ll have to be actively connected to Wi-Fi in order to stream the tracks from tidal via Serato
