So glad you did a video like this. He did more than Martial in two minutes. Sorry I can't donate 😔
Literally what I thought two mins into the game 🤣 wonder how different if he started.. hopefully eth throws him out there after the int break
@@Natev97He has to start against Brighton. Imagine if he started we could have won.
The boy reminds me of Cavani. Physical, energetic and good positioning. More to come from him, he'll only get better and better.
YES! Especially when he's holding up, wanting to face goal with his first touch.
Yeah?!?
He has a nose for the ball in the box. Most chances he was getting in front of the defenders way ahead of time. He's excellent in the box, has high energy and very solid in the ball. He's very exciting and trustworthy.
Exciting times for Man Utd. Hojlund. Unreal talent.
Exciting 😅😅 Maguire And Evans😅
@@kenmay5532 A few chinks in the armor my man 🤣
He's just a poor mans Erling Haaland, and about a quarter as good !
@@barryh.4220 You won't find another Erling Haaland soon.
@@lyndonfast7128 you'll never haaland do half the stuff this kid will . Besides the way haaland is he will slow drastically in his mid 20's . Those frames and bodies always do it . Seen it many times .
However, Hojlund has a more slender frame and will last longer in his peak .
I doubt real Madrid are going to ignore his contract clause next June . 60 million is it ? 🤔
He's a Complete Forward. Rare indeed. I think RVP was the last one . United finally have a striker . The change will be unreal .
zlatan
Rashford should watch the way mbappe plays
He uses the one two pass to break defense
Whereas rashford wants to dribble everyone himself
He has the speed for crying out loud
He should pass and make run that is a better way to attack, run into spaces
Rashford doesn’t have the intelligence.
So true, lacks football intelligence, and he's not a fast learner either.
You deserve a standing ovation 👏 honestly, plus mbappe has a goal sense more than rashford, like what I mean is that, mbappe knows when to place and when to shoot the ball, but rashford would always want to shoot 😔
@@onogelawrence9435 😂😂😂lol
watching him play was pure joy, he had them defenders panicking
First game against Arsenal too! I think he did great...I love the back pass for the second goal.
You should do ... that was all he did!
Hopefully we can score more goals than last season given hojlund can run in the channels giving opponents defending nightmares of copying up with hojlund and rashford pace. And i hope tenhag can copy de zerbi tactics of inviting the press and utilise the spaces left behind by opponents. And lastly I want to thank you for the unending work ethic
If only Rashford would pass the ball
@@celestineozo6513 rashford will learn, coz hojlund style of Play will suit him as he ( hojlund) drops dip and rashford runs in vacated spaces
The only winger that i see that he can give rusmus 15 assist is pellistri
Facts, or an on song Sancho.
This is the problem with too many of our fans. They think you can just pop any player into our team and they will be a magic wand.
We don't have creative wing forwards. Sadly we have some of the most greedy and poor decision making wing forwards in the league.
I believe Rasmus will find himself in the right place, we just need our players to look for him first, rather than going for goal.
Just like halland he is hungry for goals thats giving me the hopes
I am waiting for the time we have most of our first team players fully fit and the lineup with Onana, Shaw, Martinez, Varane, AWB, Casemiro, Amrabat, Mount, Bruno, Rashford, Hojlund, Antony will be exciting to watch.
u named 12 pal
antoney might be missing his ex has come out to say he bashed her up a few times
Eriksen over Mount
Mainoo I repeat Mainoo is crucial
@@dsj82so far yes…
Loving this channel more and more, thanks for making this vid on Rasmus!
Thank you for making this video AJ! Once again you show that you listen to your subscribers. Respect!
Yes bro thanx for the analysis on Hojland but the thing that we lack is playing like a team and if you look at the Liverpools the Arsenals the Man Cities ect there is really team spirit in their games and no selfisness when they is infront of goal if that can improve then you would see a different Man United team
Yes agree, how to send this message to ETH in order he apply the team play to create a chance and avoid selfishness
Hope Rashford can read this comment
Maybe Anthony and Rashford have been extra greedy cause they've had no proper striker to pass to so might aswell have a go themselves, now Hojlund is here they realise we have a proper number 9.
Raw power !!! Future is bright for him
As a Dane he is what we have been waiting for since Elkjær, a potential international top striker, has already made a difference on our national team ❤
Hope all the best for him in United, even though I normally follow Liverpool 🤞
wow very interesting analysis. Thanks.
He reminds me of Liverpool Fernando torres Just and absolute tornado up top that can create his own chances.
He's great
He knows where to run love to see it honestly
But united wingers are the issue why strikers have had it tough
Simply not good enough or pass the ball enough when the striker is in good positions just dribbling into nowhere 😭
I've seen one player who schooled Gabriel and Saliba last season.. Ivan Toney.. Won every head and every physical battle
He will very likely start in two international games THIS week! 👀⚽️🇩🇰
So refreshing compared to Martial who looks like he hates playing the game. So explosive energy from Rasmus. Im just worried about Rashford and Antony's ego's.
I prey rashford n anthony to have the vision to make some cross for him instead of only cutting inside n tke shot.
Rash does cross sometimes, if maybe Mount can play on that right side
Pellistri
@@prllynsdq He does but once or twice in a whole 90-minute match. Actually, both Anthony and Rashford still have to learn when to cross and when to take the shot. Both of them should watch Martinelli or Saka to learn about the wingers' role.
He really does it the way I want
One thing people are not factoring in is fact that Gabriel played 90 mins and hojlund joined game with 20mins to go... fresh legs... he looked great don't get me wrong, but let's analyse post a game he's started.. or at least keep it to fresh legs vs fresh legs
l agree.onana can have an outlet forward when teams like city press like he did in ucl final
No one wants to talk about how Gabriel dealt well with Hojlund . Hojlund didn't make it easy for Gabriel , but Gabriel was exceptional
No everyone is saying Gabriel is a good defender and he struggled to contain Højlund a 20 year old striker with zero experience in the premier league, that's the whole point, we all know how good Gabriel is, Højlund is new to this league
he literally said in the video:
“Gabriel is a good defender, Gabriel is an exceptionally good ‘strong’ defender
@@Akeem-uk6pl he forgot to say that Gabriel was exceptional .Instead the praise seems to go to Hojlund , who to be honest , was trying to unneccesarily be physical and Gabriel never loses a physical battle .
@@edsonbwalya382 lmao maybe because the video isnt about Gabriel and is about Hojlund?
he literally said Gabriel is an exceptionally strong defender lol
I can see Martial pulling a Sancho as soon as Hojlund takes his place, which is why it's so important that the board side with Erik now!
Thank for video AJ🙌🏼. I want that MU buy Hojlund more than Kane(maybe with him, but not without) exactly because of his profile, I think it’s almost perfect(at least the closest) that EtH wants and team need. Very…very impressed about this signing after his performance, I think when Mount and Hojlund adapt attack would be really crazy in this team.
P.s. If we sign Theo it would be absolute mad😎
Theo who?
@femi_danjuma Theo Hernandez
@@dmitriykrashev why the hell would we need Theo Hernandez when we have Luke Shaw firing?
@@femi_danjuma Cause Theo is more attacking mind player, in attack in every aspect he presents much more threat that Luke Shaw, in defense he is not much worse that Luke. With his (Theo) speed playing in artificial transitions would be much faster and better that with Luke + Theo can breake defense line with his crosses, very useful skill in MU system. Theo also play with Mbappe in France, they are similar with Marcus with role and abilities, and Theo and Killian in France a world class threat for opponents, one of the (if not “the”) dangerous attacking duo on the left, and that’s in international level, on the club level that can be even better. Also Shaw would be 29 at the end of the season and I don’t believe that he’s the player who after 30 would be in playing only better. Shaw good, but Theo would be a big upgrade on his position.
@@dmitriykrashev no need to buy Theo. Better to use the funds in other areas of the team especially Central Defense
He could create a lot of spece also forAntony runing behind him and kick with his left o goal while Rasmus runs in the gap.
With all the negatives around the club atm, this is a refreshing positive Rasmus
Thx for the analysis as always bro, to me, i think he just needs to create that outstanding connection with rashford upfront and they'll become terrible in destroying teams given Bruno's range of passing
The problem is getting Rashford to work with him Rashford doesn't like to pass.
That's if Rashford creates for him...
Will take time for the other 10 to get used to actually having someone ready inside the box :)
Our these is too dependent on Rashford, our football is only good when he is inspired, he should be like this I see spurs now and the goal is been spread in the team, the 11:15( moment where Erickson switch the play to rashy instead os crossing to rasmus) is not a case of he didn’t see it because 2 players before did the same thing, they didn’t make a play for Rasmus, Erickson is a extremely intelligent player and have enough technical skills to make the cross but the ball got to rashy and the player died because 9 times out of 10 he will shoot the ball or drible to find space to shoot the ball instead of passing it
he actually reminds me of cavani.
Boom! Exactly. That was exactly who I was thinking of when I saw him
The only person who has done that to arsenal back line is the dude from man city
The kid is a fucking good and strong
I think he did very well considering he got absolutely no service. Give him some crosses and passes in the box. I know from the national team he'll absolutely smash them in. It's a little difficult if he's got nothing to work with.
I’m glad you mentioned the clear foul on Hojlund by Gabriel. Mike Dean made my blood boil after the game when he tried to defend his mates in VAR for not spotting it. He’s either delusional or he needs a sight test.
Hojlund wasn't fouled .... he did the fouling .. all second half!
But am concerned about teams sitting deep like arsenal unwilling to press us high yet they're good at that (high pressing) don't you see that it'll will force tenhag into signing more technical players
If that be the case, a number six has to drop, receive the ball from Onana and drive in to release Rasmus or the wingers to score or square play for Rasmus. The player who could do just that was in Dejong though ETH uses Eriksen to do that now, but he lacks the strength for that, that was why ETH wanted Dejong. But we've got a player who could do that in Amrabat.
A press resistant player can add alot to the team more so from the first phase of build up. Hopefully amrabat can do that, but playing him and casemiro means dropping Mount yet it's like eth wants someone who can provide attacking prowess in the final third.
@@MOSESMATHEMATICS amrabat can provide that but that means we'll be dropping Mount. Or, to accommodate him, it's like Bruno will be pushed right like last season which means at the right back we'll need a Theo Hernandez type of right back
@@MOSESMATHEMATICS or dalot or bissaka instead of inverting into midfield, should just move on that line and cross into the box for rasmus to score
Don't be worried we will destroy Arsenal at Old Trafford. Kobbie and Amrabat are press resistant and they were ideal for the game
i still dont understand how this was offside 7:57
Our wide players need to be less selfish and lift their head up if this kid is gonna flourish.
that was how Mudryk started against Liverpool, remember
It's going to be a long and painful season for man utd
The injuries!
Most of the options at the coach's disposal are below par
its not talked enough that he did that to Gabriel,,if he starts vs Brighton he will definitely cause lewis Dunk problems
Mate gabriel ripped him to shreds
Antony should be replaced by Pellistri or Sancho. Hojlund will have more chance too
Antony should just be replaced by anyone with two feet. Surely even a non-league player can kick with both feet and do more than one thing, and be more useful than Antony. Let's get rid of him.
@@vxrdrummer Some says Antony defend well too. But the real thing and the main job of winger is to dribble pass defenders, cut in and make space for shooting, or even crossing for other teammates to make chance.Salah,Messi, Mitoma, etc are not well praised or known by their defending skills. They were praised for their attacking threat
Sancho? LMAO
Nah, dude should be sold..
He was really promising but I feel bad for him that he barely received passes in free space alaways just lomg balls from the defence with him facing his own goal
Feel bad? It's just the first game. Furthermore, hold up play is bread and butter for Hojlund. We will also see him run in behind a ton in future games. This is a multifunctional striker bro. Not the rubbish we've been seeing for long
@@innihbassey6369 Graveyard shift
@@sirhawk705 If you play holdup the right way, it creates hella chances and goals. Ain't no graveyard, it's a gold mine
We need to go to rashford account and texts or comment on his recent post that he is being selfish
He shouldn’t be over dribble he should look up and pass
United don't need Hojlund to ask questions, they need him to make statements by scoring. For 72million the only promising sign is putting the ball in the back of the net. Running around and muscling people isn't anything to get excited about, Wenghorst did that last year.
Stop the cap weghorst didn't out muscle anyone.
@@uchena1301 Right, so because he didn't outmuscle anyone Hojlund is miles better and that's exactly what United need, someone who can outmuscle defenders. Get a grip mate.
@@trevg9450 Hojlund is clearly better than weghorst, so I don't understand the point of the sarcasm there. Being able to outmuscle defenders is one of his many qualities and its something we've been missing for a while so we're happy he's got it. We hope he works on his finishing and he'll be a beast. Its all positivity
@@uchena1301 This is the point. This is not about comparing Wenghorst to Hojlund. This is about this video and other like it, pumping up qualities like running about and outmuscling opponents for a CF, especially a Manchester United CF. The only quality that counts is that the CF scores goals. Spending time talking about how dynamic Hojlund is means nothing. I used Wenghorst to illustrate that he ran around alot. He was a pressing monster and rarely scored. Hojlund probably could score more than Wenghorst in his sleep, but that's still not good enough. United , when looking for a goal scorer, went out and got players like Eric Cantona, Andy Cole, Rudd Van Nistleroy, Wayne Rooney. And nobody was talking about how strong they were and how dynamic they were. Hojlund is a project, a work in process. He's more like Evan Ferguson of Brighton than the finished product. We all will know that United are back to the top when they don't go spend 72 mil on potential but 72mil or more on a proven player. These channels spend so much time talking about things that aren't as important as they lead one to believe. If Hojlund had scored a couple of goals do you think this video would have been talking about how much muscle he showed. No. They'd be talking about his goals, not about him asking Arsenal defenders questions.
@@trevg9450 Lol I understand your point and concerns but as I said we haven't had a young, physically imposing striker in a while so you must understand everyone's happiness in the promising appearance hojlund had vs a tough team like arsenal. He played for a short period and yet his presence was felt more than our main striker, again something we've been hoping we improve on. He's played only around 30mins so far this season, so its too early to talk about his goal scoring abilities, and whether its up to man utd standard or not.
You would have preferred a more proven goal scorer which means you're probably among those hoping we get kane, only for us to overpay for a work in progress 😂 in an ideal situation we should have signed a main striker, and also hojlund as the backup but as you must know we haven't been an ideal club for some time now.
All that’s left is for the glazers to go
ManU don’t develop players, they simply just destroy careers. Name me one player in the past 5 years that’s come to the club, has improved & then sold for a profit? F..k name me one in the last 10 years?
This nonsense of rashford not passing to anyone needs to be addressed. ...bro plays for himself.. he will will frustrate our young forwards
They will perform but will lose and fail for their attitude.
Danish tv counted martials touches in the first Half … 9 times thats it…. Højlund did much better in 20 minuttes
Hojlund need supply ball from other team player, dont be selfish
Clear of that lazy glass made striker.
Rashford is playing too selfish he should pass the ball he think that he should score everything.
casemiro should be a 8.his passing is so excellent when he has space and time.when he is pressed,he becomed useless.
He dont have Eriksen Clash
Ganache is better so is Greenwood.
Utd are not very impressive .
It's almost like we're in a rebuild
Stop pretending he’s raw
Does he do anything else aside from barge into people, and foul them ?
He'll land up spending half the season either suspended or injured , like that Martinez and Casemiro.
Hojland = headless chicken
Poor player will struggle like Nunez in my opinion
