Another great educational video !!!! Thank you for taking the time to make this one !! You have helped me immensely with expanding my abilities with working on these old EM Machines with all of your videos you make. Spanky keeps you guys busy !!
Great advice on checking continuity and ohms on the coil(s) and checking for touching wires after assembly; those are potentially big time savers - cheers!
Commenting a bunch since I just finished up a Big Indian DT bank rebuild and DT replacement. I went back several times to view the specific steps to rebuilding since I didnt take but a few pictures. Very well done indeed.
Important: The two sets of springs have difference strengths. The weaker springs attach to the targets. If you attach the stronger springs to the targets, the reset coils will not be strong enough to reset; at least not in a 10 target bank. That was my experience.
@@goatshedempinballrepair8545 The A-18995 spring that goes to the drop target is 0.014" wire an is 15/16" long. The A-517 spring is 0.018" wire and is 7/8" long.
Another great, useful video guys. Thanks very much for all your vids. …so helpful.
Glad you enjoyed.
