Hi Rick & Bekah! It’s good to know y’all are okay. That house brings back memories. Our house had paneling in almost every room in the 70’s. It was used at that time so much because you never had to do anything to your walls, like paint, wash down, fill nail holes, ect. It made life easier for folks. But it was dark and ugly! Lol. Lots of kids toys left behind. So sad. The wooden Little People’s Bus is probably worth a lot of money. Wooden and metal toys from back in the day are collector’s items and valuable. Love the 50’s stove. Great video!! Take care and stay safe you two!! 😷
I loved seeing that stove in the kitchen. It's to bad the place was trashed. It would have been a more awesome explore. That 2003 McDonald's game was pretty neat. Thanks Rick and Bekah.
The Troll Doll brought back memories. So sad that some people just want to trash places. Thanks for the neat explore. Have a good rest of the week. Stay safe and stay well.
I think it's impossible to please everyone, but at least you guys try. Me, I like toys, books, and stuff like products you'd find in the kitchen (food, drink, cleaning products, stuff like that, I'm not sure if that explains it well). And, of course, "Kitty Squatters," as I like to call them. I think the random stray cats you find around these houses are my favorites (love me some kitties!)
The kitchen & bathroom scream 1950s. That General Electric Stove definitely dates back to the 1950s just like the bathroom fixtures. The toilet is a 1950s “Standard “ ( American Standard) Cadet. The sink is a 1950s “Standard “ as well. The Fisher-Price school bus toy dates back to the 1970s.
What challenges me is trying to imagine what the place used to look like before it was trashed. When Rick and Bekah walk through, things are in places that are FAR from where they were, like the paint cans in the kitchen. Good job guys. Your vids are always interesting.
Plz never stop posting videos!!! ur guyss videos are EVERYTHING I love them with all my heart. Also this is really random but I love Bekahs voice so much.
That viking book is 57 years old , it was published 1962. I Google it. I might just buy it. Fisher price toys were the best, and dolls it was fun playing with them as a child. I remember those little gadget games i played with them.
Those TVs would be nice for display, just use them as a table or something.. Also love the little mirror in the main room. Thanks again for providing these videos!
Wood paneling it's definitely 1970s. I don't know why they liked it so much maybe a lot put it up to cover up a beat up wall . It was like putting lipstick on a pig. adlest they didn't break out the windows.
I actually had that little Mcdonalds toy, as well some kind of soccer/sports one. They came out with a line of little mini games that only had one button lol
The table inside goes with the chairs outside on the porch. LILO and Stitch came out in 2002 and the McDonald’s toy was 2003 so they were definitely still there in the early 2000’s. Hope y’all are doing well!
So sad. Everything was left. Makes you wonder what happened to the people. Hate it when vandals trash the place. Senseless. Explorers take videos, leave only footprints!
I've got one of those school buses in a storage bin here, and the one I got had a rope on the front to pull it along and when the wheels turn the headlights(-eyes-) rolled up and down lol, nice find for sure and I'm not sure when or how I got mine or what year it came out even😆👍...
@@tom.p1986 my mom has one at her house for years now,and many grandkids and great grandkids and great great grandkids have played with it,and can't believe it still works even lol 😆👍...
I know your sick of hearing people telling you to wear masks but it’s only because we feel as though we know you through these videos and we’re concerned about you. Rick ,with every video you are coughing more and it worries us. Please consider using masks so you can continue exploring and taking us on these incredible journeys. Bemba, love your camera work and how you focus on so many neat things. Please guys, use some masks and carry on! 💖💕🦩‼️
just now getting to finish watching this one....like you said it looks ransacked...people were storing stuff in there and the trashers have trashed it looking for valuables
a new Rick&Bekah video...happy happy happy joy joy joy...thank you very much...I will now view the new video and hopefully share a kitty womment pertaining to it :D
Wow amazing at the tons of clothing always left behind. With the empty boxes I'm thinking vandals went and dumped out all the boxes.. So sad this happens.
A great video. But I never understand why people have to vandalize everything. I was watching a video last evening from Australia and the house was scheduled to be torn down and there was no vandalism. Seems like that particular thing belongs to us in the USA. Such a shame
Just wondering - Have you ever, (out of the blue), been contacted by someone who happens to watch your videos and claims to have knowledge about the place, perhaps a previous owner or relative ? And they give you more information on the history of the house, what happened or why it was abandoned? That would be an interesting follow-up. Everybody wonders what happened. Tornado ? Domestic abuse ? Bankruptcy ? Death in the family ? Still I pay my respects to that family and pray that they are well and taken care of. So sad....
From the look of that stove the burners have to be turned on and off and the heat regulated by pressing buttons at the back of the stove and above the clock. I once had an efficiency apartment stove similar to that but the buttons were on the front. The arrangement here is inefficient and even dangerous as the user has to lean over and reach back to operate the stove.---I've never seen Doritos cans before. Maybe used only in the South?---Rick, having seen you go through so many doorways and being almost the same height I'm finally going to ask: How tall are you? I'm guessing you're around 6'3" or 6'4".
Rick , you and Becca, need to wear gloves and a face mask. You don't know what your breathing in theses old house's. Back in the day, they use to have polio and different diseases that would wipe people out. Please wear gloves and mask.
I was very happy to see a new video but you both seem so defensive. Your fans know you can't film everything. If they are like me I love how you say "aww they didn't make it" toys and sounds you make. I do hate to see the toys that are left behind. I imagine a little boy or girl crying when they notice their favorite doll or truck didn't make it in the move. I will admit I wished you had taken a little more time on this house otherwise It was really cool.

that Darth Maul soda cup topper was from 1999 when the Phantom Menace came out. I should know because I have one myself...lol

Yeah I used to have a bunch of those little stuffed baby trolls when I was little makes me want to find more. 😍

Those back in the day, McDs Happy Meal toys were epic 💪🏻
Totes agree !!
I still have a few too. :) I have the fortune teller
What a terrific video. I loved everything about this. You guys are great. 🐱

That was the “modern” look lol
Wood paneling started in the 60s. I grew up in the 60s and saw it a lot.
I actually had that little Mcdonalds toy, as well some kind of soccer/sports one. They came out with a line of little mini games that only had one button lol
Excellent camera work Becka, you take it all in! Rick moves to fast to see very much, but great video non the less!
I love when you say that they didn't make it .
My favorite saying from him is.....”can you make it? Don’t die!”
Another good one Bekah and Rick! Thx for taking the time to video, edit and share👍👍Love the channel!!
That was pretty neat. Thank you.
Good to see you ! Haven’t seen you around in ages. How are you ?
They used to sell those cans of Doritos at the Dollar Store.
I had one of those little McDonald's toys back in the day as a kid.

Thanks James ! Enjoy !
Glad you have a new video out. It's been a while but hope you guys are doing well.
Thanks. :)
I love your videos. You do such nice detail in the videos and the comments are really cool. Keep up the great work!
Good video. Thanks for sharing 🙂 Left behind toys are always so sad. I always hope they were just stored and no kids had to leave their toys behind.
I think you both are just super duper awesome thanks for the video ✌️👍 buddy 👌👏
Great explore guys! Lots of cool stuff in this one.... Keep safe 😌

the first star wars original was 1977

Crazy how people just up and leave a place without taking anything or not much at all and within time becomes a time capsule.
Wow amazing at the tons of clothing always left behind.
With the empty boxes I'm thinking vandals went and dumped out all the boxes.. So sad this happens.
LOOKING GOOD THANK YOU
Nice find guys and another great video cant wait for more
How are you doing today Rick and Rebecca this is mark from North Carolina
We’re great mark. How are you ?
Love your videos! And you two are great commentators!!
Star Wars episode 1 came out in ‘99.
A lot of this is cool, the rest is so dark I can't see
I think these folks might have been evicted. So sad to see that photo. Good snooping with you. Thanks 👍
That toy from McDonald's was still working
Did you notice that the windows were not broken!
i always wonder why people would leave behind family photo;s in some of these video's. Another great video guys!
I hate it when trees grow in front of a building
Me too. Makes it hard to photograph.
Wwwooowww
Beautiful place
Love Your Video Guys
Good Job Guys 👍👍👍👍👍

That hasn’t happened yet unfortunately.
You're doing a great job. However you choose to present your videos is perfect. I enjoy them. Try not to worry about pleasing everyone.
You need to demonstrate how you do that squealing sound. I want to learn how to make that sound.
Hahah most people hate it very much.
@@ExploringwithRickBekah it makes he laugh so much, it's my type of humour so don't stop😭
Did you keep that game? That was really cool for a souvenir!
These abandoned houses could be used to give to homeless people.
Great to see you guys. Are you able to work from home?
Yes been working from home for weeks. It’s great !!
Pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeease be careful of snakes and other critters!!!
Guy's with this Covid-19 out, where's your masks, we want you around for more great videos. Please be safe, and God Bless you both....
Pretty sure them being married they're O.K. around each other.
Thanks but this was filmed over a year ago. :)

@@ExploringwithRickBekah Thanks, Rick! I'm 6' 1/2" so we're almost exactly the same height!
I live in NY. Never seen those Doritos cans either
What happened to the child that lived there?

Don't the two of you ever worry about Black mold or asbestos?
Wow why so much everywhere
