Hi Rick & Bekah, love your videos. Got a tip for ya's. When exploring houses with furniture , look under the mattresses. See if there is any money or important papers under them. Plus if you can see the mattress tag and/ or label , it could give you a time frame .

Hey Rick and Bekah! I'm so glad you were able to work out this collab! A couple of those doors were indeed in good shape. So was that old couch considering the environment. That stone fireplace is beautiful! The damage to the wall at 7:54 looked like copper thieves looking for copper pipes. That little door knob was cool! The curtain at 10:10 didn't make it. 😞The curtains at 10:57 were in great condition! I know they weren't, but they looked like they had been put up in more recent years as did the curtains in the little nook. Very nice sized pool! This whole place must have been beautiful in its day! The stone building, the pool, all located out in the country like that must have been fantastic! Sorry you got busted but it looks like you were able to get most everything. Nice video, enjoyed seeing this place again!

Having followed Rick and Bekah for some years, I knew everyone would come away with not just a collab, but new friends. I hope it can happen again sometime!
You guys haven't been around for awhile 😞. What a great explore! This place had to be something in it's hay day. Bekah, I really like how you focus on certain things like old door knobs, all sorts on interesting items 😁. Your great with a camera! Hope you guys post another video soon. ❤️
The old brick house I take photos of has fallen further into decay, the floor on one side is almost all gone, showing the contents of the basement.. which is about a half a foot of water.. along with tons of trash, the second floor is sagging a lot more on both sides.. I'm still surprised that it's still standing.. it has little to no support holding the front up anymore.. and people are STILL going inside because I found the old shutters that were in the upstairs bathroom, they were thrown outside on the pile of debris that used to be the addition of the house or shed area, that has completely fell in.. the walls that stood have finally collapsed and I think someone knocked over the metal cabinet that was holding up the roof. Also there's still a power line running to the house, it may be turned off but I'm surprised that it never had any issues like electric still coursing through it, the lines are still active because it goes all the way to the end of the road to the last house on the dead end street. I went inside like a dumbass but I stayed on the better part of the floor, I walked along the cement/cinderblock supported beams since the rest of the floor was sinking.. Someone stole the Kentwood stove out of there (Which I'm glad they did, it was a BEAUTY!) but they even stole the kitchen sink! How desperate do you need to be to steal a kitchen sink?!
