- One of the most amazing things I have ever seen!!! Being a Native American it fascinates me to see youth participate in their culture. It's even more amazing to see something like this. Thank Nga Taiatea for sharing your culture with us
god bless the maori!
one of the most intact indigenous cultures on earth who can be as feral or integrated as can be as compared with us scots who have had this spirit trampled out of us a long time ago and mostly are not even aware of it, and are not even aware our housing projects are really just reservations.
what a gorgeous culture.
I'm Maori one of grandfather's was Scottish the love manners and work ethic he installed into our whanau still thrives today..
Love your family n be a good human being my friend...
Bless
I am a Greenlander, a Native person of the country of Greenland. Before we were colonized, we only sang little drum songs and rather boring songs, that the women did for the men, on special occacions. Then German ships with missionairies came, and taught us both to sing in 4-voice harmonizing way (in church, it it very beautiful) AND their SAILORS taught us how to dance and play the Two-step,or, the Polka, as most other people know it as, which have both become a wonderful and loved part of our Greenlandic culture today.
Ujuani68 add up cuz hahaha
nothing beats your own unique sound of your native voice...nothing to be ashamed of...
Passing down knowledge is how it's done.making it a family tradition gives a sense of pride. Keep it strong mate
