About me : Retired American Expat Brian & Filipina wife Luisa, living in the Angeles City / Clark Pampanga Philippines.
Glad to see something is being done with the building. As long as it is structurally sound it is worth renovating. I wonder who is financing it all. The Philippines or is the US chipping in too? I agree that at least part of it should be a museum. But considering that it was once a hospital, why not remake it into a hospital for filipinos and expats in the country. It would help everybody in the area.
Amen, brother! Great news! My oldest daughter was born there in 1990. My wife can not watch your videos from the past it hurt her so much to see it ran down. It was a busy place when we were there! Take care!
I was born at the old Clark Hospital, and it makes my heart happy to see that it’s going to be a national museum.
Great news, I actually had been to Clark Hospital in the 1980's and it was a state of the art facility, and so clean and beautiful.I really wish they never had to renovate it and just maintaned it and put it to good use. Anyway, good luck to them and the Clark Hospital Museum, and I really hope it's completed and maintained for everyone to see.
Hey Brian I hold that abandoned Clark Hospital close to my ❤️. On every visit there and the most recent one I always go by to look at it. After an injury there working on the Flight line at Clark in 1984, I was rushed to that Hospital which saved my life and nursed me back to health. Thank God for that hospital. Also Brian thank you as well for sharing ✌🏾.
Amazing news....Angeles is simply growing and growing...Thanks
Please keep videos coming on this project.
I'm so happy they are going to save it thank you Philippines 🇵🇭
One day I rented a jeepney for me and my gal and we drove all around Clark...the Air Force museum was great with a lot of photos and exhibits...I loved it. This renovation seems the perfect option to me...
I'm glad they are doing something with the old hospital building instead of tearing it down. All of us that were stationed over there have some connection to that building. I really appreciate you letting us viewers know about this. Yes there were lots of stories about the building being haunted.
I look forward to seeing it come together.
I flew into Clark Air Force Base in 1980. I was stationed on Okinawa & took my 30 days leave in AC. I 'd love to go & visit again someday 😎
That is gonna be one expensive project, but it will be amazing when finished
Hey Brian my dear friend, wow! They are going to renovate the old Clark air base hospital. That is definitely a big project. Stage 1 will take one year? Like you said, it's Filipino time. So let's hope that stage 1 will be done in 1 year. They have the fencing foundation up as I can see, I would like to see if there are any ghosts haunting the hospital. You have to keep us updated on the progress of this awesome project. I'm sure that when it is done, it will be beautiful and amazing. Thank you Brian my dear friend for sharing this awesome video. Please stay safe and healthy, and God bless you, lot, Borges, Miguel, Hannah grace, Bing Bing (Sam), Reynalyn, Reynalyn's daughter, and the rest of your beautiful family. And may God bless Batchoy, B-2, Rocky, Mama Earl, and little snow always.😊 😊 😊 😊 😊 😊 😊 😊 😊 😊 😊 😊 😊 😊 😊 ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ ❤️
And in my own personal opinion,And it is indeed good news to know, inspiring to know and encouraging to know that the historic, old and classic Clark Air Force Base Hospital is receiving an extensive hospital renovations that the American and Philippine government officials will turn it into an American military museum. And Clark Air Force Base Hospital will continue to bring very good, very memorable and very unforgettable experiences and memories to our former and past United States of America's Armed Forces's ( And God Bless America,And the Home of the Brave and Duty --- Honor --- Country ) military servicemen specially those who were interned and treated there also particularly the hundreds and even thousands of our battle --- hardened American soldiers whose loving, dear and precious lives were saved, spared and rescued by the Clark Air Force Base medical staff like the Doctors, nurses and the rest of the hospital's employees during the all --- unspeakable, the all --- disastrous and the all --- catastrophic late 1950's,1960's and the 1970's decades Asian regional war called the Vietnam War where our American military servicemen suffered more than 58,000 " casualties of war " including those who were maimed temporarily and perhaps permanently.Semper Fidelis
Finally we can once again make full use of this long idle prime property in the heart of clark. It's been a long time coming. And with the impending demolition and repurposing of the old clark main housing area (the one currently being used by the PH air force; another prime property) and the construction of a 2nd runway, we could also witness this area to come to its full and revitalized potential
New to your site. Love finding a Philly guy !!!, I was born in So Philly . I live now in SJ , near the Deptford Mall. My Dad in WWII was right where you are standing. I will be 65 next month and I thinking about coming over. I am not crazy about the heat , but A/C is my friend . LOL I will be watching ! Just call me Britt
Nice News ... glad there is a restoration such an historic area ...
That is good news. Everything was so beautiful and well kept when we were there. Thanks
This is great news. I spent 3 weeks there in 1977. Had the cutest Filipina candy striper taking care of me.
Great news look forward to seeing the progress. I can see you are excited.
Nice, didn't think of a Museum of a possible use. Nice to see. Noises are par for the course in abandoned place. Like having you head close to a cieling and snippets of a conversation or voices. Thanks m8, nice walk, lookin forward to progress reports!
I’m happy as hell for sure!! Thanks for bringing this news to me!
Very cool. It is nice to see that they are going to put it to good use.
Leave it alone. The ghost hunters and vloggers like that abandon building. National geographic recognize it most scary place on earth.
Yeah anything to preserve history is welcome news.
Great News! I was stationed there 1966-1968 and worked Labor & Delivery and ICU.
Great update. Will be very interesting the coming days. once they get lights hopefully you can get access to go film the basement and other places you didn't venture into. Probably not as with the fence going up, they certainly going to limit and secure a no access policy now to anyone other than workers.
Brings back memories. I was there to evacuate equipment during Mt. Pinatubo eruption in 91. Wonder where all the ash/sand went.
Excellent!!!!!
Hospitals and Churches tend to be the most hunted and this is consistent of ghost sightings around the world. The 2 places where people ask for help or forgiveness, even in death
Wow nice place enjoy and keep safe from Murata
I remember when the Vietnam POWs came to the hospital for checkups before going back to the US.
Thanks I told one of my cousins that was born there that they are fixing up the place their dad worked and where he and his sibs were born.
A lot of history there so a museum seems fitting for its future.
Hi how are you, remember me..together with michael laguesse were eating together..in the restaurant.
Awsome vlog bri been there loads historical place man
Keep updating of the abandoned Clark Hospital renovation sir
Good 👍
I spent 3 years at that hospital and my 40 year old son was born there in 1983.

Looks interesting
Worked for squadron commander Capt Volmer from 72 to 74. Sgt Manning
I'm pretty sure the structures are still solid from the ground up if it's built by u.s
This is Great News !! This Hospital has a meaning to many who served there. It is a Beautiful example of 1960's Architecture. I can't wait to see it completed ! Brian I take no offence and You are not Crazy. I have been a Paranormal Investigator since 1978. I started Ghost Hunting at age 15. We moved to Rhoode Island in 1977, we rented a 200 year old house that has a Ghost. THAT got me started in the Study of the Paranormal. I don't expect people to believe, however... Spirits do exist and our study proves it. This is Great News for that Historic Building ! Once again, THANK YOU for the Vlogs ! I Enjoy your work. :)
The renovation of the Army Navy Club in Manila is also finished sometime ago. It would interesting to see the final product after the renovation for the hospital is finished.
Great news to renovate the hospital ! 76ers looking good leading the Celtics 3-2 in the NBA Eastern division playoffs 👍🇺🇲
Cool Philly lv the vid! I was there tdy at Clark in 86 or 87 2x! And I loved it very much to there! My hotel room off base was $15 a night and beers was .50 San Megal ! Boy I miss the good old days at Clark! I had to go to hospital also when there! So I agree with you it is Cool to see a rebuild for the area! Tks Philly JIMBO from okc ok
Great news! Pleased to hear that the old 13th Air Force Regional Hospital is going to be repurposes as a Museum!!
6:16 dude with the hat was awesome..
You caught that...lol
@@PhillyinthePhilippines Absolutely lol
Tamsak watching. From murata
Mt Pinatubo caused a lot of ruins. That eruption lasted for weeks and effects lasted for almost 1 year, making it almost impossible to renovate many cities surrounding it.
Glad i got to see the hospital last year in all it's creepy, haunted glory.
That place is the most haunted place in Western Cordillera. Perhaps in the Philippines. Many documentaries done in that place.
I was stationed and worked in the Hospital from February 1979 to June 1991.
Before that as a Dependent, accompanied my father (Retired US Army) for his checkups 1965 through 1975.
Reminds me of the time visiting a village that was pretty much buried by the eruption. Our driver started getting a bit uneasy as the day got later and later. He finally told us we had to go and he would leave us there if we didn't come with him. He was dead serious. When we got out of there and closer to Angeles, we asked why he was scared. Was it robbers, or gangs, or even bad roads or worried about his van? Nope, ghosts. Dude was scared to death and he was not going to be anywhere near that place after dark.
Salad! Salad! 5, 10, 15, 20!! Salad! Salad! 5, 10, 15, 20!!
Baaa.. luuut.... Baaa.. luuut....!!!
Thanks for a day in Angeles City!!!
“Who you gonna call? Ghostbusters!” 👻👻👻 Yes, please keep us informed on the construction progress.
Hi Brian lot lot Hannah grace and Bing. I fully agree. It's great to see that they are going the old hospital and it is going to be great when Finnished. Structural I think it would be all good it's been pretty sheltered and no water damage underneath the top floor however will looked at due to those tropical storms that come through we have never been up in the third floor I think that they will reconnect the power they probably had to cut it due to being empty for the amount of time. I agree with you on the spiritual side of hungered.we have an old asylum here in Sunbury and the ghost of the past are fully around her. But there ghosts of the past cannot transition through the other world if like me you believe in it has I do. The spiritual world is amazing.

Kewl! By showing the workmen in progress, we dont have to speculate if its rumor. Thanks for this update!
I heard the property was going to be devoted to an Aeta cultural center(?) but thought it meant the building was coming down to be replaced by (?).
Ya, who knows about asbestos. all that stuff may have already been stripped because the walls and ceiling, etc are all concrete.
I'll be arriving there end of the monh so may volunteer my ghostbusting aura (ghosts always clear out when they know i'm nearby ;-)
Nice work bro😊
This is fantastic news - The old girl has good bones it was designed in such a way that the inside could be partitioned off into offices and wards etc. - hope to see her returned to her former glory -
Old medic here _ assigned to 19th Casualty Staging Flight USAF Hospital Clark from Aug 1965 to Dec 1966 - MABUHAY !!!
Hello Philly . Did you have any Philly cheese steaks before you went back to the Philippines
Why yes I did.
He had videos about eating the Original Philly cheese Steak Sandwiches 👍🇺🇲
It's too bad that you couldn't be doing a live show at the hospital during the night. It would be great to see and hear the sights and sounds there at night lol
Those ghost and spirits that have not crossed over will still haunt that place no matter what kind of renovation they do
Every time you go there and film, I keep hopping that you will get a shadow person on camera. You get one of them on cam your views will skyrocket. to bad you don't get together an all expat group together and do a ghost hunt there before they transform the place back to a new building. I bet you will get a bunch of watch time on that video.
Good morning
Hey Brian, Look up on youtube scary morgue in abandoned hospital / Haunted Clark airbase hospital
My oldest daughter was born there in 1984.
I will believe it when I see it.
10:15 yes the blueprint copies still exist and the Phil Gov has it. The Original though is probably in United States.
Thank you for that information .
The white building to the right of the hospital is a generator building for emergency power.
Great video , i know you were looking for ghosts Philly 👍
Looking at budget documents, apparently the National Museum has been appropriated ₱250 million for Phase 1 of this project for 2023.
Full project name is "Rehabilitation of Former United States Air Force (USAF) Hospital in Clark Freeport, Pampanga
and Conversion to National Museum of the Philippines Central Luzon, Phase I"
Sir, is it okay with you if I share your vlog on fb group?
Yes you may share.
Thank you
Don't forget Barry Jordan. Have you visited him in jail? Bring him some food.
i was born in that hospitial in 1982
Me too 1970
That’s funny I was born there in 1967 always wanted to visit that place
Me too I was Born there October 20,1985…
Holy Hemostat!
Clark, along with the other bases, had some political bargaining going on when closing. The Philippine government saw US forces just cleaning up to get their gear packed and shipped out. The government claimed the US forces had to abide by the initial lease, and restore the land to the condition it was when originally lease - which was mostly farmland and rice patties. So, I know at Clark, they had the dozers cleaning ash also start leveling the houses. PAF command raised a stink as all the buildings were US built, and would be leveled 'in accordance with the restore to original demand'. Some quick negotiations let the facilities remain standing, but nothing about turning over any of the structural designs and blue prints. That went for all the bases, so nothing like that was ever transferred over. The 'understanding' was the local forces would be doing major renovations and changing those places to other purposes. That also explains why so many of the previous infrastructure support facilities were left to fall apart, such as the water and sewage treatment plants. You also saw many of the old dorms sold to various businesses to become 'condos' or apartment complexes. Of course, since that didn't include all the maintenance and upkeep work needed to keep them in livable condition, most began falling apart within a few years after the US pulled out.
Night at the museum👻🧟🧛
👍🏻👍🏻✌️🇬🇧
Disturbing Grave Site , is bad ju-ju (luck) if your that way inclined , I would'nt worry , yet did think that USA would re-furbish and use ,or is newer development up Bagiuo way ?
Thanks Brian
Going to be one Haunted Museum
I believe ghost, I see twice and feel it!
The hospital was built in the 1960, IMO it has asbestos and lead paint.
I wonder where the money is coming from? Huge project.
Philippines National Historical Society is the one doing the renovation.
What about the ghost, lol?
shame it could of been housing for the homeless people near the bridge who you visit alot
It's funny but the hospital doesn't look haunted anymore, just in disrepair.
Is Clark Air Force Base still open to fly planes in and out could you let us know thank you
It was a modern state of the art facility, which we left for the Philippine art Force fully intact, and functioning, with all of it’s equipment. It was the finest hospital in the country. However within a week in Filipino hands, it was a gutted cave, with all of it medical equipment, it’s windows, doors, light fixtures, electric wiring, floor tile, toilets, sinks, water pipes, generators, faucets, furniture, etc. sold by the very military guards assigned to protect it. Every building on the base suffered the same fate, including base housing, and also the ice cream factory, the hollow black, and cement factory, the swimming pool, ice skating rink, the air field, control tower, fire trucks, ambulances, dump trucks, air conditioners, police vehicles, and hundreds of misc vehicles. All gone, with the 100s of miles of electric wiring, and water piping dug up and also sold.
Hey Ron speaking of swimming pools, remember the evening of the day the US turned over the base to the RP and we took a driving tour of the base? Yes the MAC terminal had been turned into a swimming pool... all plumbing stripped from the bldg less than 12 hours after the US left.
renovate? Why not just demolish the whole thing and just build a whole new building? This building is just too old and was not well maintained over the years, it'll be easier to just start from the ground up
They say that the main hospital building was well built and the design is adaptable to future use of any kind
That would defeat the purpose of designating it as a historical building.
If it’s gonna be a haunted museum then no locals be visiting. What’s the price to bring that back to the glory days? Where is the funds to do it. Might have to borrow the money turn it into à sexy nurse waitress hospital themed hotel. You pay for a room each night and then use comes in every so often to check your temperature and make sure you don’t have a stiff joint that needs ride down. They can pay back the funds like that sad but true if not they probably need the money for something more beneficial for the locals .
Philippines national historic society is behind the renovation .
IMMEDIATELY I would have started telling those boys stories of all the things I had heard and seen around there on all my visits to the hospital over the years 😂😂😂😂
Museum by day, ghost hunting by night, lol
The blue prints were lost just like the moon landing blue prints were lost can't blame them it had such a low historical significance.👓🌓🛸
Death and destruction soon if the war bullies get their way.😢
Goodbto see. But I'm guessing the woke woke will get a few
