Please enjoy and you can find the recipe to the dish below.

Lemon Dill Cream Sauce:
1 Tablespoon unsalted butter
3 cloves minced garlic

1 lemon, juiced
3 Tablespoons chopped Dill
Zest of 1 Lemon
Salt/Pepper
Directions for Dish :
1. Pat salmon fillet's dry and season with salt, pepper and garlic powder, season the skin with salt and pepper
2. Heat a sauce pan over medium heat and melt butter with olive oil. add in the garlic and cook for 20-45 seconds. Add in cream, lemon juice Bring to a simmer for 4-5 minutes until thickens.
3. Lower the heat and add dill with lemon zest and simmer for about 2 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste
4. Grab a high walled pan and turn the heat to medium high and add a few tablespoons of Avocado/Olive Oil. Add the Salmon skin side down and sear for 3 minutes. You'll know when the fillets are ready to flip, as they'll easily lift off the pan. Flip and sear for another 3-4 minutes
5. For plating, add sauce to the plate and place the Salmon fillet, skin side up and garnish with lemon. Enjoy!

Making this when we get home from vacation!😋
Thank you! 😁
This recipe is unreal. I held the zest to make the lemon a bit more subtle and added Dijon mustard. It was amazing.
Will try!
How much Dijon did you add?
i cooked this today for the first time and enjoyed it a lot! thank you!
I'm so happy you liked it! Did you leave the skin on?
I tried this recipe today, I mixed the sauce with pasta and my whole family loved it. I wish I can post picture on CZcams 😂 so I can show it.
OMG the sauce and pasta sounds perfect! I must try!
Just had this last night...SO GOOD!
Thank you Lauren!
Thanks for sharing trying it tonight
Thank you Karl, let me know how it is!
I tried that one and my wife who does not like fish liked it (did take the skin off hers). Subscribed. Think you videos are well done.
Thank you Marcus! My next video will be a salmon recipe with the skin removed, so hopefully she loves that one as well!
Do you really need a full cup of heavy cream? I feel like you made a lot of sauce for the amount of salmon you have. Looks really good though and I will try it.
This definitely makes extra sauce! I think you could use 1/2 cup if you wanted to go a bit lighter
@@tasteswithtaylor Ya so if I will make it for 1 salmon then 1 more for the next day I should probably half all the ingredients? Every time I make homemade salsa or something like this I end up with so much extra lmao.
moi je trouve que le recette est super cool, je aime bien, bcp de LOVE du QUEBECOISE :D
Thank you so much! I appreciate your kind words!
I used 10% cream and it completely curdled :'( is that the reason for the heavy cream?
I’m so sorry! I once tried to use half and half and it did the same thing. The heavy cream withstands the heat much better. Sometimes I’ll turn the heat off before adding the cream just to be careful
