Absolutely. My emotions went from heartbreak reliving Ravens loss to Chiefs, players cleaning out their lockers to absolute joy seeing Coach Orr's infectious smile being introduced as Ravens DC. My excitement only grew watching behind-the-scenes draft process, drafting talented players & UFAs. I'm so hyped for Ravens football to begin. Go Ravens!! 💜🖤

Last year was a major step in our journey towards another Super Bowl. I don't feel as much pain over that Chiefs game compared to other fans because that game could be the biggest lesson we learned in becoming a champion. As Chris Brown once said, some people have to learn, some people wait their turn, some people don't believe, but I was born a champion. That's how I see it here in Baltimore. Just like our last Super Bowl team, we've overcome as much adversity as any team possibly could over the last six seasons. 2018-2023 to me is similar to 2006-2011. All of the devastating playoff losses, roster changes, coaching changes, having to overcome a dynasty as well as the choker label being placed upon us by the media. Now we're right back in the same situation that we were in 12 years ago. What God is showing us is that our destiny ends in New Orleans. The same city where we won our most recent championship. We have a team that has had a lot of individual accomplishments over the years. MVP winners, Offensive Player of the Year winner, Coach of the Year Winner, All Pros across the board, but as a unit, none of that matters. WE NEED TO GET TO THE BIG EASY NOW! Overcoming that pain of that Chiefs game is going to make us stronger, let's understand who we are as a team, let's understand who we are as men. And we're going to make sure THAT WE FINISH THE JOB ON OUR TERMS! YOU GOT ME FLOCK NATION!?

Look back at 2011 AFC Championship. We bounced back by sending Ray Lewis out with a second Lombardi. I expect no different of this team. They will be back in the AFC Championship this year. They need to finish the story this time.

AND he is willing to let people do their job.
He is really the reason the Ravens are contenders year after year. Yes to the impact of any element you want to mention but for me, it all flows downhill. The more crap at the top the more cloudy the water when it gets to you. Ravens run a pretty clean fresh spring that all Raven fans benefit from.

That tidbit Zrebiec dropped that Bisciotti puts in DeCosta's ear every year to consider moving back in the draft and picking up future capital is such a gem. Reassuring to know that the ship is being captained from the highest levels on down. The Ravens will always be competitive.
Well Bisciotti to me kinda follows the old Bill Walsh motto where if you think you can get a certain player that you want later, make the move to get more picks and still get who you want.
