If only you treated your cod with the same respect as your hair, good to see you are covering it with a hat though. Have heard that hairline is dodgier than the salt water shrimp you were using for bait. Jog on!!

Killa video man, did a catch and cook of cod from happy valley when it first opened and have not edited it yet to post on CZcams. Managed to catch the all on prawns that you were using, your video today was very entertaining and I understand that they are big fish but I think if you were to keep one and do a catch and cook the audience would understand, having eaten a few fish from the ressies they do taste a bit muddy so I find bleeding them first and straight on ice helps purify their flesh. As usual the quality of your vids surprised me upon each upload. Keep doing what you love and inspiring those around you with your jaw dropping content . Bit disappointed oil isn’t in the video but beggars can’t be choosers can they hahahahahaha🗣😂.

I would probably suggest not uploading that video as it’s illegal to take cod from the reservoir mate 😅 you can find all the rules and regulations at www.reservoirs.sa.gov.au/news/new-handling-regulations-for-murray-cod-in-south-australia. It’s important we take the time to learn the rules in place 🙂

WOW didn't realise there were that many cod in there. Usually with those circles the fish usually swallow the hook all the way down, was slightly disappointed to see none where swallowed today. Have caught a few cod that have engulfed those hooks so I have usually dealt with them by sending them off with an 8/0 as a souvenir. Great video.

Thats my recfish ambassador, not sure why you are promoting using suicide and barbed hooks when you are probably supposed to crush the barb with pliers but we move🔥🔥🔥🔥. Your still a hot Lebanese unit, everything a baddie could ask for so thats all that matters. Also not sure why you are using size 8/0's but we definitely also move. Next time get ollies fishing with his rig out, he is an exceptional bloke and it appears he has taught you most of your tips and secrets. Great video mate, just offering some feedback. However, as an experienced cod eater, you probably should crush the barb on those hooks as using suicide and barbed hooks probably aren't legal, and good for the fish. However, watchign the video this clearly did not affect the hookup ratio. Just a little heads up from an old fart like me lol. Sorry to toot your horn though, cracking video and you did well. Yewwwwww froth on 🤙

All good mate... I made that same mistake too when i started fishing for cod but luckily my good friend Cheecharakimou told me to crush the barb and use circles instead. Great video again, dont wanna take that away from you busta!@@JordanSAFishing
@@JordanSAFishing Always use protection, can't stress it enough, as a father of 3 I wish I had used protection a lot more. Do you consider yourself a Clarter (Rawdogger) or a Lefty loosy when it comes to the bedroom. The lack of protection used in this video has made me think you are quite the clarter., Good Job Saliba

They are a threatened species and fishing restrictions have been placed to keep the numbers healthy. It’s important everyone respects this so we can keep catching them for future generations!
