we hinted at a kind of connection between the alignment of the Sun and the Moon
(especially during eclipses) and the occurrence of strong seismic activity, we revealed something that very few had noticed. That is, during the solar eclipse on April 8th, the same identical comet - Pons-Brooks - was shining in the sky as it did during the winter of 1811-1812 when the powerful earthquakes shook the region of the central-eastern United States around the town of New Madrid.
This could be evidence of another link between celestial phenomena and seismic disturbances, although in this case, it seems quite daring to claim that the passage of a comet could also be responsible for the awakening of a fault and the triggering of an earthquake.
What surprised us, however, is that as the eclipse approached on April 5th, a strong earthquake struck the entire east coast of the United States, from New York to Florida. Could this be proof of some connection between the position of the Sun and the Moon and the occurrence of such phenomena? We moved to mid Missouri and live a fairly quiet, small town. However, we moved here from SoCal, and l grew up living in what we lovingly called "The Fortress." Complete w/bars in the windows and doors. Although we are not quite that bad here, we are very secure. My husband gave me crap about buying a big metal security "screen door." Having that door in place may one day give me a moment to call 911 and grab my pew pew should the Avon lady try to come in without an invite. 😏

Highly unlikely that an eclipse would cause an earthquake. This is just suitable for the astrology page. If however, there was an earthquake on the east coast every time there was an eclipse in the area, that might point to something. Otherwise this is just trash.

New Moon full moon quarter moon it's not like the moon disappears it's just the shadow of Lights from the Sun onto the moon it's got the same gravitational pull whether it's full or it at its smallest which is the Crescent it's not like 3/4 of the Moon disappears and then comes back it's the same amount all it is is the shadow of lighting from the Sun hitting it give me a break
