- Finally put together my Texoma RC Caged Slayer Pro after it sat on the workbench for a few months. I dropped in all my stock SCX24 parts from my Deadbolt to complete the build. I also tested out the Injora Comp Pin Tires to see how they performed.

Fantastic build, dude! It really looks and crawls great! 😃
Stay safe there with your family! 🖖😊
Thanks! It even crawls upside down too 😆 Stay safe too!
Wow that's awesome. Dedicated RC right there. Love the build.
Thank you for the heli. Can't wait to fly. 🤜
Sure thing. I just need your email with a shipping address when you get a chance. Congrats on winning that!
That thing is sick looking. Wow really cool.
It really is. Josh did a great job on the design.
Prolly needs firmer springs and maybe some bands. Great show, bro!
I’ll have to try that next time. Thanks for the help and also stopping in to check out the video!
Was thinking about it and it could have just needed a little weight? Didn’t sound like you had any bbs. I think the reason it was lifting the tire on that first little incline you did because the rear was too low, which is why I recommended firmer springs. Dampening the stock shocks would help, too. Doing the shocks like that makes for a ton of travel but then that also means it’s floppy. I fix that with dampened shocks, bands and weight, the second two of which would prolly put you beyond that servo.
@@texomarc I do have some bbs in their. I didn’t put many in, I didn’t want to overweight it. I will have to tweak the suspension a little and use your advice on some things. I might add some more bbs too. I plan on trying to try to climb that dam very soon so I want it dialed in pretty good.
That’s awesome, love the crawler, looking to get me one next
You should get one. They’re pretty cool. I don’t think Josh from Texoma has the Cage Slayers available anymore but he does has a few other models that he printed and sells.
Epic, thanks for the share. Stay awesome!
It’s a pretty cool build. Thanks for checking it out.
😁I need to do mine they look sick.
Nice job.
I need to do it I don’t do much 1/24 crawling but man nice crawling to the crawl!
Wow don’t jump to catch it!!!
You should! It’s an awesome location but yeah it’s a long way down.
Hey man love the vids!!! You should get some double barrel shocks for that thing more flex.
Thanks! I have some. Just testing it out with the stock ones to see how it goes.
