Thanks. Yes just give it more throttle and it will start to climb higher. Let off the throttle and it will glide down lower.

Probably the diffs are stripped. They’re known to do that a lot especially if you’re running brushless. I would start there.

Depends if they’re the correct size. I don’t know if the battery compartment would be big enough or not. Measure it and then order the size batteries that fit.

It has some legs now.

Wonder what that 20T pinion would get it up to. I’m thinking probably somewhere near 70.

It does look great. They did do a nice job.

I just did a 0.8 mod upgrade to mine along with the aluminum gearbox. Running a 15t pinion and it runs much better now. Working on getting that video done today or tomorrow.

I wouldn’t see why they won’t. They’re 1.9 wheels and 1.9 tires. They should fit.

@ReadytoRunRC I know, I was just saying that because the original poster said none of the box speeds are accurate and clearly he didn't read the fine print that said on 3s. My 2997 a says 55kmh and it really does closer to 55 mph with the right 3s battery

Was thinking about it and it could have just needed a little weight? Didn’t sound like you had any bbs. I think the reason it was lifting the tire on that first little incline you did because the rear was too low, which is why I recommended firmer springs. Dampening the stock shocks would help, too. Doing the shocks like that makes for a ton of travel but then that also means it’s floppy. I fix that with dampened shocks, bands and weight, the second two of which would prolly put you beyond that servo.

@@texomarc I do have some bbs in their. I didn’t put many in, I didn’t want to overweight it. I will have to tweak the suspension a little and use your advice on some things. I might add some more bbs too. I plan on trying to try to climb that dam very soon so I want it dialed in pretty good.

No I haven’t noticed any big difference in either. Runs nearly like stock.

Some folks will go with the Boost line up because they wanna build up something faster than the blx 3s. Also the blx spektrum radio controller is laggy from what I hear..Ao either blx or boost he'll still need a new controller. So the BLX 3s isn't all that good to begin with. I got the Vorteks Boost and got the 4x4 kit and also got a spektrum 120A(4S) with a 2400kv spektrum motor and imo I think that's better than the BLX 3s and I spent about 30 bucks more then getting the blx and I did that in pieces not all at once and for some thats a good thing.

Lol it happens. Glad I had the program card this time to switch it around since I had the same thing happen on the Gorgon.

I am anxious to see how much better it drives on the dirt. I couldn’t really rip it to its fullest potential in this video because I just kept spinning whenever I would really get on it.

Gps wasn’t in it when I did the self righting.

@@MH4family I know that. There is nothing added to this boat to change anything. When I did my self righting test the gps was not inside the boat.

I used lithium grease but it’s really messy. I would probably use silicone diff grease next time.
