I’ve had my intex pure spa 4 person for 4 years now. It’s still performing great. I insulated the lid and put foam pads under the tub, but have been wondering about other ways to insulate it, so thanks for that tip.
Just a thought. I agree with what you said at the 1st year mark that the most wear is packing the spa away. Have you considered draining that spa and leaving it where it is inflated during the winter so as to avoid the wearing? Thanks for the video!

I have heard that as well, I have also heard of the plastic fan inside the pump snaping off often after 5 years of use. As to your question I have had no issues with the pump currently however last winter was the first winter I did not set it up as I had other priorities.
