    • @elitesportsmedia
      @elitesportsmedia  Před 3 lety +11

      Yeah if you wanna get in it daily , it takes like 20hrs to go from hose water to 104 degrees. I usually turn the heat on the night before I get in and by noon the next day it’s hot… I haven’t noticed any kind of increase in the electric bill and I did have it on 24/7 for the first couple weeks, but didn’t use it daily and felt that hot water was going to waste . Make sure you add plenty of chemicals hot water gets dirty fast

    • @elitesportsmedia
      @elitesportsmedia  Před rokem

      Sometimes it confuses the built in electronics and it thinks the filters are blocked. So I would remove the filters and try to reset it and the plug, if it runs just put the filters back on. You can also try disconnecting the hoses on the out side and try to run it hose by hose, if it runs just connect it back. It has to be something simple, might just need to reset the breaker that goes to that hot tub. This is we’re I would start, then can move on to a few electrical things

      Wow yellowush green after 1 night, I mean maybe you had some build up in your hose but usually that comes out first. If it’s still yellow I would drain it and start over. I did notice one time I used a certain shock and it turned the water a little yellow I try just sticking to chlorine tabs. You don’t wanna over do the chemicals in such a small tub and I know you said yours was a 6, I wish I could tell you more but I honestly would drain it and try again with maybe not using that shock maybe it was a bad shock. My wife just said you do, so it functions or helps with something besides just being a cool light when I get home I’ll check it myself, but she said I needed to have it, I’m not sure why it doesn’t function as a filter but???? I dunno I’ll check it out in a little

      Ok !!!
      My oldest son says the heat comes out of that hole, that all it does is redirect the heat to the sides. He likes to take it off so the heat comes straight out, he said we haven’t been using it lol, the light at night looks kool. He said the little rubber buttons on it get pretty dirty, so might be better without it … just his 2 cents but he is right we have it off at the moment

    BY NOW NOW I HOPE YOU HAVE FILTERS IN CORRECT PLACE AS WELL AS LIGHT, FILTERS ONE ABOVE OTHER BY YOUR INLET PIPES , VIDEO NOT SHOWING CORRECT LOCATION.

      Seriously? Cuz I put the filters on, like in this video, and the light above connection by hoses, and bubbles came out from light when I turned on filter. Thought to myself, "well now that's odd." You may have a point here Sir!
