- Fala galera hoje trago um video bem diferente,Australian Crawl uma das maiores bandas das décadas de 80 e até a metade dos anos 90,Pena que pouquissimas pessoas conhecem esta maravilhosa banda que foi o AUSTRALIAN CRAWL,Dona de uma sonoridade única.Esta Musica,é muito rara de se ver no youtube,pois temos nada mais nada menos que Guy Mcdonough NOS VOCAIS,que infelizmente morreu logo no inicio da banda.Se tu gostou deixe o teu like se escreva no canal e ative o sininho.No mais um forte abraço e que deus abençoe a todos!

Guy wrote most of the early hits and James Reyne was jealous of his talent. Reyne wanted to be the only front man.
@@cranny1321 Guy was a fantastic songwriter and singer. He also had so much charisma, he had the X factor, there was something very special about him ❤️ From the interviews with James and from reading Guys brother Bill’s book “Sons of Beaches” (which is excellent!!!) it sounded like James was happy to have another singer in Australian Crawl to add to the songwriting talent and take some of the pressure off him. It does appear that James definitely enjoyed the limelight but I think he and Guy were also good friends for the most part. Guy was unique, he had an amazing presence and it’s always such a highlight for me to listen to the songs he sang 🌟❤️
Que banda...que banda. Cada vez que ouço, tenho todos CDs, dói no peito saber que é impossível juntar todos. Guy se foi, Brad se foi. Bom que vivemos isso na época. Pena ter pouco material ao vivo para curtir, mas me contento em poder ver o que há disponível.

I met him once outside Festival Hall in Melbourne, early in 1984, after a sound check. Nice bloke, but seemed very guarded, can’t say I blame him as he didn’t know me from a bar of soap!

Não é pelo Guy, mas pela raridade do vídeo em si. O Guy era irmão do Baterista Bill, e entrou na banda já na gravação do álbum "Sirocco". Gravou também o "Sons Of Beaches" e morreu logo em seguida. É muito dificil conseguir material do Australian Crawl ao vivo principalmente com a formação original. Tem um vídeo de um show completo em 1980 que eles tocaram o "The Boys Light Up" na integra. O Guy nem tinha entrado. Tocaram "Looking For Cool" sendo que ela só foi lançada no EP "Semantics pós "Sons Of Beaches" (Estranho, né?) A versão ao vivo é muito melhor! enfim, vou seguir seu canal. Abração!

Last time I heard Simon was nearly homeless and in dispute with James and royalties from band . I think James playing all Australian Crawl material at concerts while Simon no receiving any $$$$

They were in a band and obviously James and Guy were friends with each other and I hate our PEOPLE who have most probably NEVER been up on stage and sang infront of thousands of PEOPLE compare them in every way there personalities and everything i bet that NONE of YOU didn't even NO them on a PERSONAL LEVEL 💯 percent 👎😴
