I live 60 miles North of Austin. I need to check this out. It's a beautiful home, but what stands out to me is the Master Shower. If you are in a wheelchair it is totally accessible.

I love this one. The home is gorgeous. I really like that the TV is not above the fireplace. To me a mantel is used to help enhance your home and I think having the TV above them takes away from that. This has got to be the best tour I think you've done. This home is absolutely beautiful

I like how you make the videos relatable how you say, "I feel like I'm walking up to my door from a long day or I can see myself sitting here relaxing after a long day", absolutely, yeah it makes the video quite enjoyable along with what you already offer in the video. This is by far the best spacing and I particularly like this type of floor plan where you enter and the study is to the left right up front away from all the activity of the household. I think the talking is really nice again very relatable. Thank you.

I was expecting an upstairs, kept waiting for it. Now it's over and no upstairs. Seems a lot of wasted space up there. Other than that wish I could find homes like that here in Montana to film.

WOWZIE, Just the landscaping alone made my mouth drop open. So beautiful Indeed. I love all the brick. This house is so way above my pay grade, but wow do I ever love so many things about it. What a sweet dream it would be to have something like this sitting out on 20 acres or so. I love the doors in this home, but they look oddly tall and narrow, not sure I like that. Im loving those windows in the main bedroom, but it doesn't look like they open. It would be great if they did, can you imagine the wonderful breezes that could come through those? Excuse the dumb question, but does this home also have a second level?

Chance, there’s a great builder in the Lake Norman area of North Carolina, Mike Palmer, who puts up some gorgeous homes. You might want to ask him to tour one of his. This is a nice home. I would like to see some of the other models. I am not crazy about the living room and kitchen being in one open area, even though that seems to be the trend. I would rather have the master closet open into the bedroom rather than the utility room. Thanks for letting Cullen have a cameo appearance. He really knows how to play to the camera.
