This is a 5 star++ home. I loved everything about it. In my fantasy dreams about having a house like this, I would have an outdoor kitchen in the section of the porch with the fireplace and have that area screened in so you could avoid the bugs that might be flying around on a summer night.

I LOOOOOOOOOVE, LOOOOOOOOOVE, LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVE wrap around porches!!! Love the dark colors on the outside as well! Would do some darker colors on the inside though. But all in all, I WANT THIS ONE!!! Yes, I know it has floor vents, and I despise floor vents............but if I had this kind of money.........I'd have that changed to wall vents or ceiling vents. THIS ONE is WORTH the vent changes!!!!

at $560k+ in a rural TN county, i certainly HOPE it satisfies someone's dream. manufactured homes are a very grey area as far as assets go. getting a standard loan from a bank can be difficult for a home like this, and and while this house most certainly would meet most requirements, it's foundation is equally important. getting permits, etc can be daunting. I'm sure this business would help in those areas, and i know little of that procedure, but i DO know that in my area, which is just a few counties away from this, also in TN, manufactured homes are not yet common enough. Some friends that have purchased double-wides have had difficulty getting their mortgage, and in one case he ended up paying a hefty interest rate, about double the current mortgage rates, which thankfully he has a spouse to help, but both could have been far better off purchasing a standard timber frame house. Unfortunately, standard timber frame housing is still the way to go. Pricing can be close to or under $100/sq ft even still, while still guaranteeing that the asset value remains intact. Other forms of structure just don't match that in terms of price to value retainment, so much so that, like i mentioned, many banks don't categorize them the same as a standard conventional/fha mortgage. You don't want to pay 8% interest when you could pay 4% on a similar size property. You also don't want your property to depreciate over time vs appreciate over time. In today's housing market, even typically-depreciating structures are appreciating, but in 10 or 15 years, well before you'd have it paid off, that could change. you could end up stuck with something you are losing money on. now i don't pretend to know the ins and outs of whys and hows this can happen, because to me it doesn't seem to make much difference as long as someone can live in it, it can at the very least be rented out, but.... some people who make these kinds of decisions seem to know a lot more. I'm just saying, that word, "manufactured" carries more with it than you might realize. i hope this is changing.
whew. did the math and it's over a million dollar home!!! and of course i fell in love with it!!! my Mom always teased me about having a rich man's taste on a poor man's budget! she's always right!
I was a long haul truck driver at the time this house was being built. Every week there was a little bit done to it. when it was completed I had to drive my wife from Virginia to look at this has. We are still saving money to build.
I like this one 😊 Only thing I would change is to make the sunroom connect to both front and back porch, too. Or to make the porch a complete wrap around and change the sunroom into a screened porch. My grandmas dining room table would fit in there, as long as I didn't put all of the leaves in it. I have 7 leaves for it so it can be quite a long table 😎
I can only dream of having a home like this. It's absolutely gorgeous. Me and my husband are disabled and could never get anything remotely as beautiful
I dont know which I liked better the giant room upstairs or the one downstairs that's so well thought out. The fit and finish is Beautiful,I worked with masons for most of my working life and from what I can see that fireplace might have been built by a master,its really impressive to me
BEAUTIFUL HOME 😍 I could see it sitting up in the woods on a nice piece of property with a huge pond. Rocking chairs all around the porch, with a nice hot tub. Then on the back side I would have a full outdoor kitchen. Welp guess I need to go buy a lottery ticket

HI CHANCE...the landscaping is stellar and 1,700 feet of porch holy moly...I love wrap round porches..too clean those high ceilings yikes.... was there a laundry room... the master shower 🚿 is absolutely gorgeous 😍..I am not really a fan of log cabin homes....but it is very very nice...the 2nd floor was nice...The fireplaces are phenomenal...gives a cozy warm feeling ...Be safe Be Blessed...Hi Cullen 🎈🎈🎈🎈
I just love those fireplaces, who ever buys this home 🏡 will always be warm for the winter, and I just love the vaulted ceilings too, that's another thing that the both of us have in common besides those pantries, and I love the porch too.

You had me at ‘wrap around porch’!! JMHO but the inside seemed to be a little crammed together. While I love the fireplace,it takes up a lot of room/view. The bedrooms were all great size and the shower in the master bath….Yes Please!!! Thanks for sharing this one Chance!!

I love the wrap around porch, so welcoming, I love the vaulted ceilings, the only problem I suspect would be when you needed to replace light bulbs in the great room especially if you have a fear of heights. I love the kitchen and especially the pantry. I love the flooring and the back porch perfect to sit out there in the morning with your hot cup of coffee. I love the master on the main.
Hey Chance! Nice home. Love the fireplaces! Love the Pantry. Too much else I'd have to change though. So this one isn't for us. Would have to ruin the look of it by putting an elevator in and taking the stairs out; I can't climb. Don't like not having an oven under the cook stove. I'd want a gas or butane cook stove anyway. Wouldn't mind having 2 ovens though! Not a fan of the sink being in the island either. The fireplace breaks up some of the open-ness of the place, which I like. That fireplace upstairs I like too, but I would close off the upstairs to make it more effective in heating the upstairs. I don't like how small the laundry room is, nor the fact that the guest bathroom is in the same room . Nor do I like the fact that that is the only downstairs bathroom, except for the Master Bathroom. I do love the porches though. That area where the fireplace is we would enclose and make it a place we can use in the wintertime comfortably! Would have to remove the shower in the Master Bathroom to make way for a handicapped tub/shower combo. There are things in each room, except the living room, that I don't like and would change if possible. So, as I said, I don't think this one is for us as we'd end up changing nearly everything - except for the things I said I liked. But it is a beautiful place! I do have to say that when you first started filming inside I thought I was going to have to stop watching! You were moving the camera back and forth so much it was making me sick! You did slow it down, thank goodness, and I was able to continue to watch. Glad you did as this really is a pretty home, and I enjoyed seeing it. Sure gave me some ideas even though this one's not for us!! Anyway, once you settled the camera down, it was a great video. Thanks Chance! And God bless y'all. By the way, I always like seeing the Bible out somewhere in the homes too!!

I love log cabins, but the kitchen doesn't hold a candle to the kitchen that is in the two story mobile home!!! That kitchen was huge!

Would have to remove the shower in the Master Bathroom to make way for a handicapped tub/shower combo. There are things in each room, except the living room, that I don't like and would change if possible. So, as I said, I don't think this one is for us as we'd end up changing nearly everything - except for the things I said I liked. But it is a beautiful place!
I do have to say that when you first started filming inside I thought I was going to have to stop watching! You were moving the camera back and forth so much it was making me sick! You did slow it down, thank goodness, and I was able to continue to watch. Glad you did as this really is a pretty home, and I enjoyed seeing it. Sure gave me some ideas even though this one's not for us!! Anyway, once you settled the camera down, it was a great video. Thanks Chance! And God bless y'all. By the way, I always like seeing the Bible out somewhere in the homes too!!
