This home has modern farmhouse vibes that will make you not want to leave! I'm very grateful Mrs. Sarah allowed me tour this brand new house. This home has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms and has roughly 2,900 sq ft heated and cooled. Let me know what you think about the video! I hope you enjoy this home walk through video.

Whoever designed this home did an amazing job! Love all the finishes throughout the home and the screened in porch is where I would spend alot of time! Great video Chance!
That pantry could almost be an office itself.. so nice. I love the old school tile in the bathroom.. looks very nice. I hope the lot is good size.. I'd hate for development to take over and have someone right next door with such a beautiful home. Give me this home and about 40 acres and I'd be in heaven.

I'm already digging this home and i'm 3 minutes in. For starters, those gas lit lanterns next to the front door is literally one of the coolest features I've ever seen on this channel! Second, LOVE me a screened in porch!! I love the ceiling treatments too on front and back porch. That is a really nice home.
Isn’t it funny how you can get the feel of a home, just walking into the front door in this case via video.
This house is GORGEOUS. No corners cut on the finishes, everything looks well made and SOLID. If I could have a smaller version of this house..wow.

Yes I love screened-in porches as a matter of fact down here in Florida we have what we call a bird cage and what that is is a screened in porch.. which we call a lanai and The Birdcage carries over to incorporate the pool as well.. so it's a screened-in Lanai and pool area. My mom had a setup like that and I just absolutely loved it!

Hey Chance, wow what a beautiful home. The rooms and bathrooms are all very nice and big and all the double doors I love them. Love the screened in porch but I would do a 4 season porch. The garage is huge. Just a beautiful beautiful home.

I just discovered your channel the day or so ago. It is my new obsession! I love taking house tours. I've never been lucky enough to own my own home. Just something that I've not been able to afford. So, whereas other women look at and dream about fashion or jewelry, I love to look at homes and dream about what it would be like if I live there. Lol. Every channel that I've ever checked out that was about touring houses, I couldn't understand it but they would spend 30 minutes telling you how the kitchen sink was imported from some other country and how it was made out of some rare stone and how much it cost. That I couldn't stand to watch them. You don't dwell too long on stuff that I'm not interested in and you show everything that I am interested in. And bonus! You're funny! So thank you, thank you, thank you. I live in Kentucky and we are getting ready to have a ice/snow storm and I think while I'm inside for the next 2 or 3 days I'm going to watch every video you've ever made. And make my husband watch them too. LOL

The “hexagon” bathroom floor is called honeycomb. It’s a classic mosaic style that was very popular in the 1920s and 1930s
We built this floor plan with a few minor modifications and moved in 2021. I can’t say enough good about its layout!

i love everything about this house the kitchen, the pantry, the laundry. The laundry has room for an upright freezer and the pantry is deserving of the infamous pantry dance. As much as I love this home and everything about it it is a little more house than what I need.

Beautiful home! Love the built-ins, the brick fireplace built to the ceiling, the quartz countertops especially how it continues up as a backsplash, the details especially on the walls on both sides of the stairs and the screened-in back porch.
I prefer screened-in porches as you can enjoy your time out there without the annoyance of bugs.

This is a stunning home! That master bedroom bathroom and closet is LIFE! The only things I didn't care for was the hexagon pattern flooring in the bathrooms and that powder room wallpaper was gaudy! I've been looking at farmhouse layouts for a while now and wow, this has to be my favourite. I love the placing of the stairs and kitchen layout the most. Also, the way those closets are built is an absolute dream.

Seems similar to another one, but I do like the differences. The finishes are beautiful. Still think a maid would be a must to maintain the home. Love the space, just wouldn't want to be the one and only person cleaning it.

This absolutely amazingly gorgeous home. It has everything and massive storage. Love all the bathrooms, closets and storage space. It is marvelous darling. ❤❤
That is a nice place. Those plugs in the butler pantry would be nice for a slower cooker, Instant Pot pressure cooker, or microwave. Say you are doing an 8 hour meal in the slow cooker it could set in there not out on the counter. I'd maybe use one of the bedrooms as a TV room.

Love that front porch, I could see someone sitting out there on a couple of rocking chairs, love the fireplace with the bookshelves, the color of the kitchen island and bookshelves in the office area. That is a lovely home.

No handles on doors. Nice kitchen, love the colors. Love the pot fuller. Pantry is amazing. Do not care for pendants over island. Nice back porch. I like going up to ceiling in bathroom. Very pretty half bath love the wallpaper. Love the master bath they should of taken tile up to the ceiling. Fantastic Master Closet.

This is a beautiful home. A lot of features I wish we had! Our home is over 14 years old and set up differently, though it is nearly 2800 sq. ft. All in one story. I could sure love that pantry! As for those plugs - I wound out seldom used small appliances there and leave them. When I needed to use them I would so in the pantry. It would really free up space on the countertops and keep a very neat appearance!

Wow, Brother Chance, this site build is absolutely phenomenal. My heart is pounding so with dreaming this was my reality that it aches😁. For me, that screened in porch is a definite selling point and it allows for some cozy outdoor living where I envision comfy couches, pillows, and a television. The upstairs can definitely hold another bedroom with en-suite and a rec room area, or whatever other possibilities someone would want to use it for but it definitely offers more space. Did I already say phenomenal. And of course last but never least, the pantry, oh, 🙌🏽🎶💃🏽🤣. Thank you for another Stellar tour this is definitely down time therapy time for me🤲🏽🙏🏽😊

Now that, is a beautiful pantry! I love the layout. Not crazy about the lack of color, but all that can be changed. Beautiful place Chance. My daughter would love that screened in porch. She is autistic and hates flies and spiders. So she could be outside, but "safe" from the bugs.
