    I was wondering that after you install the suspension, does it make extra sounds like if you go over poor roads? I had a ES4 and that thing was hell people start looking at you

    • @ScootLetsGo

      You do get some extra sounds, but that is from the suspension doing its job.

    With both front and rear suspensions installed, would you recommand to install a longer stand as the scooter might be a bit higher?
    The standard stand is 15cm long. And i just ordered/pre-ordered both front and rear Sharkset suspensions, i was wondering if i would need to get a 18 cm stand as well. What do you think?

    • @alenko4763
      @alenko4763 Před 2 lety +1

      I'd definitely recommend getting the 18cm stand, I recently installed just the front sharkset suspension and already now with just the front installed, the standard stand is waay to short.. The scooter leans a LOT, like it's about to fall, on flat ground lol. Ordered an 18cm one immediately.

    I saw a vid with guy who looks well over 100kg, more like 110 to 115 riding a non-suspension model. What are your thoughts on the weight limit? I'm 95kg and was almost gonna go with something different because of it. I'm wondering because if I load up a pack, am I gonna damage it.
    Another great vid btw..that close view of the tyre really shows how much vibration it soaks up.

    • @ScootLetsGo
      @ScootLetsGo  Před 3 lety +3

      These weight limits are just guidelines and are there as a precaution. These scooters are designed for the rental market and will have many different types or people on them.
      The only downside is the power.
      The guy you may have seen in my other videos is 115kg and bought a max at the same time as me. He just noticed that the power wasn't as good.
      We live in a hilly area too, so he needed something more. But the integrity of the scooters is fine. They are well built.

      @@ScootLetsGo Just got mine yesterday. So much fun! I see it's quite beefy, definitely heavy and well built. I have to say the speed of it is quite fast too (with the hack) I don't think I would want to go much faster than that on a Scooter!

    • @beyond-real
      @beyond-real Před 3 lety +1

      Well, I would say, it’s expensive for nothing... If you can afford to buy monorim front and rear, you should buy a scooter with NATIVE suspension I would say...
      Also, the sharkset AND the nameless rear is in the same "theme". Would find it ugly to have Sharkset and monorim together. ;)
      And yeah, i’m in the same school, don’t want to drill my scooter. But I'm not sure if Sharkset looking to develop the rear soon?

    • @ScootLetsGo
      @ScootLetsGo  Před 3 lety +8

      Thank you for your concern for me and my child. I understand that we both didn’t have helmets on. And on the process of buying some extra for them.
      However, I would not put my kids at serious risk. The speed I do with my girl is never faster than what I can handle for the terrain that I am doing. And will always do what I can to make sure that if we have a fall it’s me that takes the hit.
      I’m including them in on my hobby and want them to be able to spend as much time as they can with me now before they get to the terrible teens.
      Life is a balance of risk. All we do is minimise it the best we can. :).
      Have a great day
