@@TheForce_Productions I think nobody knew until the very last moment. Besides the battle with this f**** desease was short.........anyway talented and gifted personalities like Rick never pass away. He left us this magic touch on every PF song that makes it unique for the PF sound and this is what human will enjoy forever and ever.....

En la simpleza está la perfección. ¡¡¡Tremendas improvisaciones!!!
En mi opinión personal, creo que la gira de On a Island es la mejor musicalmente hablando, no sólo de los miembros solistas, sino también de la banda en sí.
Y es que en esa gira aún lo teníamos a Rick, cosa de la que lamenteblemente la vida nos privó en 2015/6, y si bien esta útima también fue sublime, no era lo mismo, en especial para David. Abrazo y muy feliz 2023!

That first rhythm or at least the bass line sounds a lot like Led Zeppelin’s “How Many More Times” from the debut album. 🤔
You really should change the title to David Gilmour AND Rick Wright .

Yeah, as I said you're absolutely right; the title here just reflects how this footage was commercially released under David Gilmour's name back then.
It must do your head in to jam with these goons, doesn't anybody just want to go sid vicious and kick in a few amps, pastoral jam number one. I guess they put Gilmour up to wazz his way through all the jams. But nobody seems to want to destroy anything !!! Would just like to hear a half hour bass wig out, or drummer making like Animal from the Muppets.
Still it's good listening. It's what you'd expect.

Well, don't take this the wrong way, because I'm a huge Pink Floyd fan, and I know this is just a music jam, but I find it to be some of David's and Rick's least sensational works of musical playing abilities. It really is just a lazy afternoon jamming on their instruments.

Then I reckon you've never got the value of jamming, or done it well yourself. Jamming, even in second gear, can lead an artist towards a destination. Go back to the Swifties.
