fig jam (cranberry jelly works too)
candied pecans
olive oil
parsley
*Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes
Cheese Truffles
equal parts of:
cream cheese
goat cheese
red grapes
candied pecans
pistachios
dried cranberries
*Chop cranberries, pistachios and candied pecans or put them in a food processor. Combine goat cheese & cream cheese. Coat a grape with cheese mixture & them coat with crumble mixture.
Cranberry Meatballs
1lb meatballs (homemade or frozen)
8oz cranberry jelly
3/4Cup chili sauce
1 Tablespoon brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
14/Cup ketchup
1 teaspoon low sodium soy sauce
Pour all ingredients in slow cooker for 6-8 hrs. Add meatball to Phyllo cups.

So many great ideas!! My aunt makes meatballs with grape jelly and bbq sauce for our holiday get together a. Will definitely share the cranberry recipe with her.
I used to work in a hotel banquet kitchen and we used to do those grape truffles during holidays. We also did a savory one using a herb/seasoned cream cheese with a cherry tomato in the middle. Great video!
