How did you get the installation instructions or does Ford have to install? Great video but you went so fast when you actually got to the install part.
A friend of mine lives in Houston,she just had the first system you talked about installed on her 392 Rubicon.Someone has tried to steal it 2 times before the system was installed.Vehicle theft is very high in Texas.Hope they can get your system for the 24’s soon Rocky,hate to see someone steal your beautiful truck.
I had to buy the perimeter plus to enable remote start using lock unlock lock. This was in a 2019 F250 and F150. Just had to enable the system in Forscan after. I bet you, since the truck has remote start, instead of hitting the button on the fob, if you do Lock, unlock, lock, it will start the truck too.
What happens when you walk close to the truck with your keys and try to open the door? Right now, mine will unlock so I can open the door. If I add the shock sensor, will the auto unlock be disabled?
I just had the Igla installed in my 24 F350 KR, pretty slick from what my wife has told me (still heading back from deployment, have not even seen my truck yet lol). How hard was it to pull the HVAC controls? Just pull to pop out? I am about to order the Perimeter Plus too. I am also going to see what is available to secure the tailgate, a lot of FB posts about those starting to disappear as well. Oh, any link to the tamper proof screws?
Just pop off the trim piece bar that says super duty. Screws are under that.. Just search super duty light tamper screws on Amazon. Thanks for your service!! If you need the link message me on Facebook..
I had this installed on my Maverick but the install dealership lost the manual. Got any idea to find an electronic version? I've searched Ford support but no luck.
Hi Rockly, Is the sensitivity knob easily accessible so you can change the setting? I guess it depends where the unit gets mounted..? Thanks for sharing this install video!

Will Forescan still allow you to activate "Police Parking"? If the vehicle is running but the key FOB is not in the truck you cannot shift it out of park.

My 2021 F350 DRW won’t let you shift out of park if key fob not present

Yes just mount where you can get to box to adjust

@christianchilee No access from the top anymore. Just pop trim piece off and screw are behind. No need to pull dash speaker

Yes.. the new trucks have that stock program now.. shift interlock is enabled when key fob is absent.. my 23 and 24 both did it day 1
