My cousin is exactly one year younger than me but same birthday and all. Our family always made a point of not calling it "our" birthday but instead emphasizing that it's unique to each of us still. We both sometimes say our birthday now as adults but honestly I sometimes forget I share a birthday with her and the same thing happens with her.
