Purpose of survey and litigation is not to convert the religious nature of the Gyanwapi, but rather to determine the actual nature of the Gyanwapi and therefore Places of worship Act, 1991 shall not apply to this dispute. As soon as the survey is completed and presented in the court, it will become clear that was always and still is a Mandir
Exactly! Those who try to hide behind this Act, must realise that we are not changing the nature, we are restoring the original(even older than their existence). Both are different things.

Rightful order of District Court. This is a clear case destruction of most famous Hindu temple of Lord Shiva and conversion into a mosque. Despite the fact one of the walls of the temple is intact and several artefacts including Shivalinga are there, temple is yet to be restored.

Hindus have to finish their caste barriers and dust them away for EVER. And have to unite across all the geo-cultural zones over the length and breadth of the country (South and NE and East and West and North). And they have to come together as ONE with their Jain Buddhist and Sikh brethren. Only then will Dharmic religions and cultures and traditions survive and thrive as also India.
It will be the worst nightmare come true for the waste that was not flushed down in the 1940s when we had the best chance to do so.
As someone from the Deep-South (Kerala Tamilnad Tulunad Coorg) I thank all our Dharmic predecessors from the North Zone and West Zone and East Zone of India especially the Marathas and the Sikhs for keeping the Deep-South and the NE free of the waste. Thanks to them in particular we have zero instances of Temples being broken AND built over as the waste could never rule those parts. While the Deep-South and NE were under Dharmic rule for 100% of recorded-history since the 600s CE till the English arrived, even most of the remaining South (Andhra Karnataka) and Odisha were under their rule for max 200 years or so, keeping them safe for the most part. Almost all such cases like Varanasi Ayodhya Mathura Kurukshetra Somnath Adinath etc are located in the North and West and East Zones while India has lost two giant pieces of land in the East and West. Let us be honest to ourselves our culture and our predecessors and not yield one mm more in ANY way EVER again.
