Gyanvapi Verdict: Asaduddin Owaisi comments on court allowing Hindus to worship in Mosque basement

- Varanasi district court allowed the Hindu side to offer prayers in the southern cellar of Gyanvapi mosque. The court directed the Varanasi district magistrate to make arrangements for pooja. AIMIM Chief Asaduddin Owaisi termed the order a violation of the Places of Worship Act. He said that granting permission for worship in the Gyanvapi mosque was wrong.

That act dosent even work on gyanvyapi as basic religion of the place is nt defined.... by 15 Aug 1947 both Hindus and Muslims were practicing their religion so religious nature is nt defined .... now with this surveys as religious nature of the place is nt defined based on survey reports this will have to be defined to conclude this fight..... after kashi then when mathura matter comes into light by then this act need to be abolished

Place of worship act is not applicable to the site where it's building elements are more than 100 years old. So we owe around 40,000 mosques built by razing the temple. We need them all. Not just Ayodhya, Gyanvapi or mathura.

It's just that it's not applicable here as there are " Religious signs of hindus" found in the gyanvapi. We don't need people to accept by force, People in Pakistan and Bengal became Muslims by seeing the Arab Merchants and their behaviors and moralities. That's how native Hindu/Buddhist/other people came to know Islam.
One thing that you won't find in any other religion is the equality of people, irrespective of their race, complexion and strength. You can enter a mosque even if you do a lower class job like cleaning toilet, which you guys do not understand. Brahmins don't even eat from the same pot of the Shudras or Dalits.
That's not present in Islam, these and other things like it's simplicity attracts people to Islam naturally.

In the Ayodhya case digging the site was needed, in kaashi it is in the clear sight and in mathura it is encroachment.
