    After years of watching and months of saving.....I’m finally gonna get these installed this July. Great video. Thanks.

      You want to buy mine? I took it off after a few hours of wheeling. I hate it.

      I’ve had front/rear Antirock on my JKU for the last 3-4 years and wouldn’t have it any other way, especially paired with my Rock Krawler Long Arm...amazing setup. Even with the added weight of the Ursa Minor and the rest of my gear it rides perfect on and off road 👍🏻

    Would have really enjoyed the explanation of how to accurately adjust these. I'm a little stumped on my install for the XJ. Think I know what I'm doing but would rather watch someone else do it 1st correctly.

      I’ve never installed an Antirock in an XJ, but it was super straight forward in my JKU so I imagine the XJ is similar in difficulty.
      I imagine you mean the length of the links? You want them adjusted so that at full axle droop they maintain an upward angle and can not straighten and have a chance to invert and on the other end, you don’t want them so long that they interfere or make contact with the body, frame or any other components.
      If you bought an XJ specific kit then it should be direct bolt on 👍🏻

      Where are you located? I’m in southern Ca, I’d love to take a look at it if you’re local 👍🏻

    I lost 22 inches on the flex ramp at my local 4x4 park. NOT vertically but horizontal up the ramp. Took it off cause I felt like I was gonna tip over when flexing or wheeling. Watched a ton of videos on the install. Adjusted it twice and same thing. I don't get it. I read so many people love it but it won't let my little TJ flexing its little legs.

      Hmm, I don’t have any experience with installing or using an Antirock kit in a TJ, but I’m wondering if you purchased the correct kit for your application?
      It sounds like your rig is too light for the rate on the torsion bar. If you contact Rockjock or a similar manufacturer and tell them your issue, they could probably get you a bar with a rate suitable for your application. Just a thought 🤷‍♂️

    Have you noticed the steel arms rubbing the front body mount when 'flexin'?

      Geoffrey Lockamy No never had any issues with clearance with the old arms and these new forged arms look to be the same

    I’m looking into this and trying to understand if you have to weld on the tabs to the axle housing for the vertical links to connect to?

    • @KramerJunction
      @KramerJunction  Před 3 lety +1

      It’s a direct bolt on installation. Utilizes the oem end link mounts on the axle housing

    Have you noticed any difference at all ? Or just the look of them?

      Never mind. I just saw the differences

      Moe Goes honestly the old arms were perfectly fine. I just saw the new arms and really wanted to update the look. I have heard multiple cases of the aluminum arms wallowing out at the splines against the steel torsion bar, but the steel arms are still rock solid 👍🏻

    How does it drive on the highway? I currently have just the front anti rock for my 2 door jl. I was considering buying the rear but not sure if it’s going to be too much body roll.

    • @KramerJunction
      @KramerJunction  Před 3 lety +2

      My Jeep handles great on the highway, mind you I also have full Rock Krawler steering linkage and full PSC Big Bore XDll steering setup with hydro assist, but the factory rear sway bar is already so soft I didn’t even notice a difference 🤷‍♂️
