when a relationship dies..kids always suffer. Both of them were trying to use political influence to get the kids out of Norway. There was no relationship between them at that point otherwise Norway govt would not get involved in their family matter in the first place. When a relationship goes wrong, its unfair to blame one over the other. Both are guilty party to have kids without a strong relationship/understanding. Lets hope and pray the kids are doing ok today. Frankly Norway is a far better place for the Autistic elder child. The amount of right he would enjoy there is unimaginable in India. However the political junta in India always supports mother in such cases as that is our Indian culture. The Norway system is less influenced by gender of a parent. What they look for is maturity , financial ability etc while awarding child custody rights. They felt both parents were incapable of looking for the kids. They found the brother to be more capable to look after the kids.

@@iracture what the heck are you talking about? 😂
Even Muslim and Buddhist kids are separated from their families without enough reasons given by the Swedish government. The Swedish social services receive more funding with more cases of children being taken. Foster "parents" also receive money. The whole thing is a business. There are many cases of sexual abuse and physical abuse by foster families against these children who are just a way of making an extra income.
Go and research before assuming that these social services in Sweden actually care about families or children.

@@ruckyg3177 lived there. So know for a fact u r lying. The system is partial towards self responsibility. So in a way self managed families have a better interaction with the system. In our locality a bitter relationship couple had first child in their late 40s. Within 2 years the special needs of the child became evident. Since the parents were busy fighting to give time to child, gradually in a community setting the child started behaving differently. The parents kept an expensive nanny at request of child services in hope of making things better. The child responded well to nanny and the mother for sake of child's better future let the nanny adopt the kid when he was 5 yrs old. The mother till date thanks the child services for timely intervention. The mother in this case was able to put thespecial needs of child above her needs as a parent. Now majority parents where I was raised would go crying foul as u r . Blaming child services of corruption and business. But just because child services gives more importance to needs of child does not make them greedy corporation. Overall it is a very helpful setup in a country where everything is cold and distant including humans. Their manner may appear brusque to a newly immigrated mother. But that area people are like that however they know their responsibility and obligations very well.

but how many american families let the child bear the burnt of their martial discord ? Ask any american raised child..they will say one day one of the parents packed their suitcases and just left...Hardly any child raised in America will tell u tales of domestic violence at home that they were witness to. Parents in America are very careful about how they behave in front of children even if they are in midst of seperation. Doing this to an American family in Norway is rare simply because American families handle Domestic violence if any very differently. In rare cases they may shoot each other off in America where firearms are legal, but no one beats up anyone.

I only speak Ukrainian. I am using google translator. Therefore, please excuse me if the translation is bad! I am from Western Ukraine. I am a nurse and I save lives. I live now in Germany. I need a lawyer to file, with other disabled citizens of Ukraine, a lawsuit against Norway. My husband, a Ukrainian (oil worker, human rights activist) became disabled as a result of his defense of the rights of other people (Norwegian and Russian media for 9 years). My husband fought corruption in the Russian oil giant, which was headed by the founder of the 6th Directorate of the FSB and the ex-Chancellor of Germany. My husband defended the rights of disabled people and Ukrainians in Norway against Russian-speaking citizens of this NATO country. The Norwegians took my disabled husband to Moscow AFTER: anti-war pickets of my husband in the Russian Federation, his defense of the rights of Ukrainians in Norway, the issuance of documents to my husband by the Norwegian Red Cross for his close relatives (Polish servicemen repressed by the Russians), sentencing his defender to prison (in married to a citizen of Finland for 25 years) in Belarus, who reported the crime of the Norwegians against the Ukrainians and was recognized as a Political prisoner. My husband and his lawyer warned the Norwegians about the coming war, but they did not believe him. The husband was kidnapped and the war began. And after the war began, the Norwegians do NOT admit their mistakes! Unlike the Swedes, the Norwegians DO NOT LIKE to admit their mistakes even when the Chechen refugees deported by the Norwegians were killed in the Russian Federation (Norwegian media).sa

We are wondering why in Norway, BEFORE the war in Ukraine, provided, at the expense of Norwegian taxpayers, asylum to citizens of the Russian Federation who have a second citizenship of Ukraine? For example, the Jehovah's Witnesses in Ukraine were not threatened at all! And the payment of the state fee for renunciation of Ukrainian citizenship, in order to acquire citizenship of the Russian Federation, NEVER led to the loss of Ukrainian citizenship. After the correspondence of the Ukrainian anti-corruption fighters with the Norwegian police about specific religious "refugees" who received asylum in Norway (the "refugees" had 2 citizenships), the deportation of disabled Ukrainians to the Russian Federation followed, BUT they had a family in Ukraine! Collective deportation, strictly prohibited by law, was subjected to those Ukrainians - fighters against corruption, who reported, BEFORE the war, about the facts of granting asylum to Russian citizens in Norway, as religious "refugees". These "refugees" had, among other things, a Ukrainian passport (and there was no war in Ukraine then, and Jehovah's Witnesses in Ukraine were very happy)))

10:23 to 10:31, the mother say "yes" with her head.
10:32 to 10:36 she say "yes" again with her head. More strongly.
Both moves was in sync with the words of the person talking. So, she was listening all the time or she could listen after solve some technical problems?
In the first one, the non-verbal communication "yes" with her head was smoothly, in the second one was stronger. In the first one the new announcer was talking about criminals, in the second one he was talking about them. Is coherent the "yes" was stronger in the second one because she had an emotional connection with the words: are them.
I have questions with that, but again, not enough to take the children away from them but... enough question to start an investigation if I would see other things as a worker that have to protect the children life
